Waited over 20 mins for my order this morning the breakfast burger to find out on my way to work that the burger was missing from the it. If service is slow and order is correct I would have some kind of understanding. Service being slow and order is wrong clearly this is a problem if your going to take your time with my order make sure it correct.

I haven't been to this location in quite some time. It used to be fast and efficient. No longer. The drive thru was busy, but there were only 2 other people in the store when I entered. We were all waiting quite a while to be waited on, despite many employees seeing us. As we waited, for others entered. I had an online order. A regular customer came in after me. He got his order before the rest of us even got helped. My order, 2 taquitos, was supposed to be ready at 722. I got it at 734. 2 people walked out of the store before even ordering. The taquitos were flavorless and under filled.

I ordered a What A Catch which can be tricky because it’s not something that is normal and onion rings and they did a great job on it and they were friendly and even though I was on the phone for part of the order they still didn’t lose their cool they were really good. It’s a good place to go with good food. You should try it out.

There were only 3 cars in the drive-thru for 15 minutes until the first order was finally finished. I had only ordered 2 items, and none of them combos. So extremely slow I had to leave without my order.

5am I stop and get something to eat on the way home from work. The woman that took my order and worked the window was nice. I sat at the window waiting for my order for over 10 minutes. Seemed like they were cooking it, so the wait time seemed worth it. Once I got my order, I drove home and sat down to eat..... it was made clear it was already cooked and just sitting there. Both of my taquitos were cold, barely had anything in them, and the hashbrowns were cold and stale. Sadly, this isn't the first time THIS whataburger has made stopping for breakfast a waste of time. Iv never had a bad experience with any other location, but this is the third bad experience at this location.
