I’ll start with the positives. The staff is really friendly and their breakfast service is great. Plenty of parking, order is hot and fresh for breakfast. Now for the not so great. I used to really love Whataburger’s burgers, but the quality has gone down. Sometimes they skip the seasoning on the burgers making them bland. If you order your meal straight from the menu it will probably be right. If you customize anything or order onion rings as I often do- it’s going to be...

Food was good, hot and came out in reasonable amount of time. New person at the counter evidently didn't hear me say mayo no mustard, but I saw it on the receipt, said something and they made the burger correctly.
I am usually pleased when visiting this Whataburger location

There was a mistake with my order. Ethan fixed it immediately and apologized for the mistake. I really appreciate people taking ownership of and correcting things. This was a very small issue, but Ethan treated it like it was worth putting everything else aside and made it right.
