I'm a Dasher and I get a lot of Wingstop orders. This location is very busy, but props for the employees for managing the volume well. The girl with the cute bow is very nice and goes above and beyond. She helped me carry a large order to my car ?

They made a large order wrong so the 6 staff members stopped what they were doing to eat the larger order that was wrong, while 4 people who had ordered pickup orders were waiting for their orders to be ready. If you order from here your food will not be ready when they say it will be. Expect to wait longer.

We ordered 2 - 8 piece bone in wing meals and 2 chicken sandwich combos, and Cajun corn. We received Cajun corn, 2 -6 piece wing combos with fries and drinks. 2 orders of fries, no sandwich’s whatsoever and a drink, for a total of 3 drinks instead of 4. The dasher told me they didn’t give her a receipt. This is the second time they failed to deliver what was ordered, and the last time as I will never order from them again! Let me add that when I called the store and someone finally answered, she told me I had called the order line and she couldn’t help me. Then she hung up. There is only ONE phone number listed to call. They obviously don’t care about their service.

This location is NEVER on time with the orders. Basically whatever time the website/app gives you on when it’ll be ready, add 45 min on top of that. Then be ready to be disappointed with soggy fries and under sauced wings. This location always disappoints

As always, the food is never ready despite scheduling a pick up over an hour earlier. When you go in, the workers are rude and too busy on their phones to even look at you.
One of the girls kept grabbing the guys butts and then prepared food.
You have to do a pick up though, because if you have it delivered and it's always missing something, and then they'll blame the driver when you call.
If you must have Wingstop, avoid this location.

So we ordered our and got the wrong chicken crispy flavors. I made a comment online and within an hour the manager had called us and completely refunded our order! I've never seen such immediate service.
I believe Brian was the manager that took care of us. It's so awesome to know there are still people who care about their customers experience! We will always be choosing Wingstop from now on. Thank you!

Great experience the girl with the bow in her hair was doing her best to keep everything running smooth. Lots of respect for her. All the employees actually seemed happy and worked well together. Definitely will go back.

I ordered delivery tonight 09/08/24 because I’m 39 weeks pregnant, this is all I wanted to celebrate my birthday & quite frankly I’m exhausted. I’m disappointed in the customer service that took place tonight. I ordered 2 combo meals through DoorDash and received my order without drinks. We were offered $10 in store credit….okay, cool. Then I began opening up the food and I realized that the fries are crunchy like celery sticks on both orders (one large and one regular). When I told them of this information I was graciously offered a $5 for the fries or to come up to the store for them to be remade. (If I wanted to go to the store I wouldn’t have paid for delivery ? ) I asked “$5 for my fries? “ The young lady asked the manager on duty and they said yes. I’m just confused on why 2/3 of my order is missing and I’m not even offered half of the money spent on it in return? Also, why didn’t the manager come to the phone and talk to me themselves instead of having the employee play telephone?

Edit- I ended up not even eating the wings until the next day but we were also shorted 2 wings ? good thing I had taken pictures already

I placed an order online to avoid waiting, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite the convenience of online ordering, I ended up waiting over 23 minutes past the expected pickup time. This defeats the purpose of ordering in advance.

While I understand that occasional delays can happen, the lack of communication and updates about the status of my order was frustrating. When I finally received my order, it was clear that there needs to be a better system in place to manage online orders and ensure timely pickups.

I hope the management can address these issues and improve the efficiency and reliability of their online ordering system. It's important for customers to feel confident that their orders will be ready on time, especially when they take the initiative to order ahead.
