I placed an order for delivery. I received an update from the delivery driver saying that the order would be over an hour late. Called the location. They kept just saying they had been backed up and that there was a wait. Eventually I just asked them to cancel the other. Then they went on to say that it would be refunded back to me after 5-7 business days. The manager did not get on the phone. I wouldn’t order anything from this location again.

So sad manager name Jasmine i had an order today for delivery i called and asked her if she can have my wings extra well done she refused my service and after I told her I would address this with corporate she threatened me about canceling my order and cursed me out and hung up the phone in my face and got scared to answer the phone back when I called back so disrespectful and rude sad as hell as a manager and unprofessional its always our color that try to be so wanna be professional but always loose customers like me because of issues like this

We have attempted giving this particular Wingstop a chance multiple times. We order pretty big orders for our teammates ranging anywhere from $130-$400. EVERYTIME they are rude, the food is wrong, they do not take accountability for the mistake, they treat you like they are doing you a favor. My team LOVES Wingstop but I avoid doing business with them due to the lack of professionalism, the consistency issues with the food and terrible customer service. Will no longer order from here.

I called this store and placed an order for a 10-piece boneless wings, but when I picked it up and brought it home, it turned out to be bone-in. I called the store right away to let them know they messed up my order, and the person on the phone started raising their voice, saying, “So YOU called in and YOU picked up and now YOU are telling me it was not the right order?”

I’m honestly confused. Am I supposed to open the box right at the counter just to make sure the staff did their job correctly? The receipt on the package only shows my name and order number. Isn’t that enough?

Then, instead of apologizing, she raised her voice again and asked, “Do you want a $10 credit or not?” and hung up on me before I could even respond. Completely unacceptable.

The attitude, lack of accountability, and sheer rudeness were unbelievable. If this is how they treat paying customers, I’m done. Awful customer service. I will NEVER order from this location again and strongly advise others to stay away.

I wish I remembered the lady’s name but she did speak Spanish and seemed to either be a manager or team lead of some sort.. anyways her customer service was top tier. We had a big dine in family order and her and the cashier (man with long hair/glasses) was very kind and attentive. They were quick and were able to provide us with whatever we needed. We are a large family and so it was great to know she was on top of it. I give five stars except for the atmosphere, there was water by the ice machine that went from one side of wall to almost the other and there was a lack of napkins available. A little bit more cleaning up and tidying up would make this place more pleasant. Customers who walked in to fill their drinks would instantly have a look on their face and try to avoid stepping in it. But other than that the staff the night of 10/8 were amazing!

I placed an order for pick up and when I got there my order was wrong. They saw the mistake and remade the order but when I got home the food was overcooked and overly salted by a mile. I called the store manager Jasmine and she was extremely nice. She went back through and is going to issue a refund for the food. I have used this store many many times and I had never had an issue before. Thank you to Jasmine for helping with the situation.

I typically avoid sharing negativity, but this situation needs to be addressed publicly. I visited this location for dinner after work, and upon arrival, I was welcomed by an exceptionally polite and professional waitress. However, I soon noticed a young man and a lady cleaning the fryers with chemical spray solutions. Alarm bells went off in my head when I saw that there was already fried chicken in the fryer basket, which, as we know, has holes that allow contaminants to seep through.

As a nurse, I am deeply concerned about food safety and potential health hazards. I approached the young man, who identified himself as Brian, the manager, and asked him to fry me fresh chicken given my concerns about the chemicals being used. His response was unacceptable: he said I could either take the chicken that was already there or get nothing at all. I insisted that this food was unsafe for consumption and questioned why I was being denied the food I came for.

Brian escalated the situation by calling the police on me, despite my calm demeanor and reasonable request. I tried to communicate my concerns to the cashier, but to no avail. I then called the compliance line to voice my concerns about food safety, and the representative supported my position, stating that cleaning should not be happening with food present.

When the police arrived, I felt humiliated, but I explained the situation to them. They spoke with Brian, who continued to refuse my request for fresh chicken, insisting that I could only receive a refund. While the officer acknowledged my concerns, he also informed me that he couldn’t force Brian to cook fresh food. To my shock, Brian then requested that a no-trespassing order be issued against me. The officer issued the order for one year, which is unbelievable.

Afterward, he returned inside, and the officer observed that Brian finally began cooking more chicken, despite his earlier refusal. The officer apologized for the situation, suggesting that Brian was on a power trip. Now, I’ve left without food and with a trespassing citation. Just know that I attempted to advocate for health and safety for myself and other customers. So, for the next year, consider the risks when choosing to dine here.

That place needs to be closed or restaffed because there are too many Young folks up there playing messing up people's orders you have young people up there eating in the back I would never come back up there again and I will recommend anybody to never come up to that restaurant again

I placed a large order from Wingstop because I was hosting a party, and several items were missing , including ranch, which meant we couldn’t even enjoy the wings properly. Since I couldn’t leave my guests to go back and pick anything up, I called the following day around 4:50 PM to address the issue.

I first spoke with a young lady who then handed the phone to someone who refused to give me his name. When I asked for a manager, he claimed he was the manager. I explained my situation, but instead of offering any help, he told me there was nothing he could do about the poor service I received. When I asked to speak with the general manager, he said that he was the general manager, then began responding to me with “whatever” repeatedly.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Not only was my order incomplete, but the dismissive and rude attitude I experienced when trying to resolve the issue was extremely disappointing. Employees should not lie about their position or treat customers in this manner. This experience has made me lose confidence in this location, and I truly hope Wingstop takes action to improve their customer service.

I ordered 30 wings and once I got home discovered that 7 were missing. I called and was told I would have to come all the way back so they could see how many wings were in my order which doesn't make sense. If I was not being honest I could easily take some out. Horrible management, this isn't the first time my order was missing something but not this many wings. I will definitely NOT be a returning customer to this location. The person I spoke with said he was a manager and insisted he put my order together which insinuated that I was being dishonest.
