We went to wingstop about 1 hour and 20 minutes before they close and were greeted with a very awkward atmosphere. The whole store was busy cleaning which is understandable, but we came across very awkward looks and attitudes from the staff. I felt rushed when I was ordering, and we got our food fairly quickly about 10 min. But even then the person handing our food said “yall have a good night, thank you.” I felt like we were being kicked out. But instead we sat down on the only table that was available for seating because the rest of the tables had the chairs on top of them. Unfortunately we open our bag and our food was abysmal. Very low serving of fries with all of them being overcooked and some of them just inedible while being black and burnt to a crisp, while the wings were very small and absolutely drenched in the sauce. My wings were drench in a pool of sauce it was disgusting. We left about 45 min before the store closes because we felt rushed and our presence seemed like a real inconvenience to the workers. I’m just very disappointed because I’ve come to this place for almost 10 years of service but this is the first time I’ve had such a horrible experience and sadly I was really looking forward to the food, very disappointed that I spent money on terrible food and awkward/dismissive service.

Grabbed wings on my way home tonight. They were phenomenal! Perfectly cooked, super juicy, and smothered in sauce. Big high five to the man I saw preparing my food!Dietary restrictions: Keto friendly!

Under cooked soggy wings. Tasted like literal goop. Almost like they microwaved frozen wings and threw sauce on them after. Management and employees are rude as well. Never going here again.

I have been here a lot of times and they are actually good. They offer a good customer service and mostly have your orders ready on time. For a fast food restaurant I think they do a great job.

Customer service was excellent in person! Phone - when I called, someone picked up and hung up.The food is the issue. Ordered boneless wings. Only about half were edible and for the wrong sauce. I received fried breading with no meat and all different sizes from what looked like a strip to a dime sized. When you charge as much as you do and by the piece, give customers what they pay for.
Bad service, my wings took more than an hour to be ready, the staff was in poor taste and very slow, I will not return to this place, I prefer to drive 15 more minutes to get to the Lake Worth restaurant.

I ordered Louisiana rub through Uber. They wings came bare with no seasoning as requested. We called the store and they did not care and wouldn’t even let me return the food for seasoning since it was ordered through Uber. Not the 1st time and never ordering from this location

The food is typical wing stop but the customer service sucks. They're rude, don't respond to polite gestures like "Thank you!". Especially, the young lady who works the register during the day. She needs to be go over to Chick-fil-A for training.
