If you liked it as a food truck, you will LOVE the new restaurant they have! Wonderful food, fair pricing, and good portions. Clean, cozy dining area, including some outdoor covered picnic tables up front. Their street tacos are excellent, and Jarritos in the fridge. Alcohol is available, as well.
