We travel for work alot up there and my whole crew knows that if we are within 30 min from tashas that's where we are going. I'm in love with the amazing people there and the whole set up is beautiful! But the icing on the cake is they have the best home cooked country style food! It's the absolute best place to go! ??❤️❤️
We ate here for lunch this past Friday. We were a large group that reserved the banquet room. Only one server was helping us and she did the best that she could.The food was served hot and mine was very good. I had the grilled chicken wrap with fries. Prices were very fair.

The staff was really awesome. They were super helpful and very, VERY friendly. It was my first time here, I wasn't sure what to order and they helped me out. When I got to the counter, they had ran out of fried fish but within 5 minutes, they had more, and since they noticed I had been waiting, they let me straight in. This place was awesome, and the food was delicious.

I had the pleasure of dining at Tasha's Country Kitchen, and I must say, I was blown away by the quality of the food. The dishes were always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I found myself wishing I lived closer so that I could eat there every day! Truth is I ate a Tasha catered meal every day for the last week and then after the event, had to hunt down the restaurant for one more delicious experience! The staff was welcoming and attentive, adding to the overall wonderful dining experience. If you're in the area, I highly recommend giving Tasha's Country Kitchen a try. You won't be disappointed!"

After a short tour of the town of San Augustine we decided to grab a bite to eat before heading out to explore the cemeteries of our ancestors. By luck, we came across Tasha’s and decided to give it a go. We were promptly seated by the sweetest, prettiest waitress who let us know that they were tending to an after funeral meal for a family in the back room so the food might take just a bit longer to get out. We were not in a hurry so we sat down and enjoyed a nice cold beverage in the quaint, quiet little restaurant. We did have to wait a good bit for our food as I believe there was a mix up with the tickets - there was so much going to and from the kitchen into the “event room” … at one point with so much going on our sweet waitress became a bit flustered and was on the verge of tears but never lost her composure or never failed to continue to check on us and communicate with us regarding the situation ♥️♥️. After a short bit “all hands were on deck” to get our food out to us and our glasses refilled (teamwork ♥️). The food was very good; we had fried fish, chicken fried steak, fried shrimp, mac n cheese, okra, french fries, corn nuggets - all a hit! Upon leaving the very friendly staff was so thankful for our patience and understanding … we were all saying goodbye to each other as if we had known each other for years. If ever I return to that neck of the woods I will gladly enjoy another visit to Tasha’s. ♥️
