The store, app & customer service all claim to not have access to this information and do not know who or where to find it. Refund? Nope. Not sure when that will happen either.

So I actually love Whataburger, however the one closest to my house in Acworth Georgia is the slowest location I’ve ever seen. At first I thought it was because it was new and employees have to be trained and such. But it’s been open for a good while now and it hasn’t changed. Waiting 20-25 minutes to get your food in the drive thru is an every visit thing, and to make matters worse they aren’t even friendly much less apologetic. This is not Whataburger standards, every other location is so much better

I went to the new location in Charlotte. Fries were cold and dead. ordered a side of jalapeño ranch, it wasn't in the bag so I asked the girl at the drive thru for it. After 5 min I said forget it. Burger was mid at best. zero stars. would not recommend.

Ever since they’ve sold out it hasn’t been the same. Food quality is horrible, customer service has went down, cleanliness of establishments (at least in Magnolia TX) has gone down.

Stopped at this one on the way through town. Got a double-meat Whataburger, just the sandwich by itself and a cup of water, thinking I'd save a few bucks. Nope. Still couldn't get outta there without spending more than 10. Sandwich did come out good though. The lobby was clean, but minus 1 star for the nasty urinals.
You'd be suprised how clean and professional this location is, Only because my bad experience in Jasper, this location is 100 percent amazing & changed my mind about whataburger. Used to cringe but not anymore, I see the what the hype is all about!!!
