I waited 40 minutes for my overcooked chicken. While I waited inside for my order, I observed none of the staff talking to each other, not smiling and definitely NOT happy about anything. After 1 very unhappy customer left, a female employee cracked a very brief smile at me. Perhaps it was a smile of embarrassment but I appreciated and so I tipped her $10 to help make her day better. This store has serious management or ownership issues.

Worst service ever! Waited an 1 hour and a half just for 5 tenders. Employees were too busy chatting in the back. Had orders coming in through drive thru, didn’t know who’s order was who’s. Totally don’t recommend ordering here. To top it off place was filthy. Employees not washing hands!

This day was so bad, my daughter had surgery today and the doctor recommended eating dad's mashed potatoes and I went to Church.s to buy the mashed potatoes and when I opened the jar of mashed potatoes it was pure grivy and that's all they made me call to tell them what What happened and they told me that I could come back to give me the puree. The problem is that I don't live in San Benito. I was just passing by. I'm going to drive 40 minutes back just because they don't pay attention to what they're doing. I feel so upset because My daughter was barely going to eat and they only apologized that the one who placed my order was training her.
