The place was dirty (tables, chairs, floors, restroom). The women's restroom did not have toilet paper. The male cooks had facial hair and were not wearing a beard net properly and another did not even have one. The beard net is to cover facial hair not the throat.
Gotta love that chicken but the drive thru attendant need training on how to upgrade to white on the 10pc family meal. Was told it is only available mixed on the app. Unless they changed things in store they used to upgrade to white whenever it was requested without having to use the app. KFC and Popeyes automatically give white with the same offers and no additional fees. No wait time like we had to wait at this location (san benito bus 77)
Food was very good, hot and fresh, service was a little slow as the person taking care of the drive thru was not helping the person at the counter even though there were no vehicles in the drive Thru seen 4 people leave because there was only one person helping customers, building and inside could use a little freshening up.
