Cold Stone Creamery

Ordered a blueberry banana smoothie and a strawberry banana shake. The past two times I've ordered the blue berry banana smoothie, it has been terrible. Both times, the smoothie had literal chunks of ice in it. I wouldn't recommend this creamary anymore. If you want actual ice cream or a smoothie go to the cold stone in brownsville or hit up Freddy's frozen custards or School House creamery on Stewartd Place road.

I really like the ice cream but those dudes need to learn how to hear. Like I ask for chocolate shavings (I know I’m speaking loud and clear) but they still put the chocolate chips. I know both are chocolate but it’s a texture difference. Shavings and chips don’t even sound the same! they’re just not listening 🙄

Interesting that while my order is being prepared the clerk can stop to give a spoon to another customer but when my order is ready I have to go get it.

I used to like it here. But last time I took a pint home, they skimmed me, not even filled to the top. I get it your new, but still fill it up to the top. It pricy as it is. Miss Ashley.

Good ice cream place

Not enough seating area inside. The owner is not rude but also not nice. I didn’t get a welcoming feeling at all just a “here you go”. Think the owner needs to be more welcoming to his customers…. The workers some are nice others ignore me when I walk in. The cake I ordered was really dry.

Manager was super nice. Neal I think. Anyway he let us try a bunch of flavors and never got complained. Going back definitely

Very good ice-cream, under staffed

Guy was a little rude. He refused to put our toppings on top instead of mixed. For some reason he said he couldn’t do it. We asked a couple times even told him it didn’t have to be much just a sprinkle but he said no. We won’t be going back.
