I usually never have any problems here. The workers are always super nice, even the managers. They just hired some new people, so you might run into an issue of them reading the coupon wrong, but just be nice and explain the coupon to them. The manager, well, pop out and would definitely help out too. This only happened to me one time, though, so other than that, this dairy queen is my go-to spot.

Enjoyed a Steak Finger Basket and Chicken Finger Basket with my daughter.. The food was good. I purchased an extra gravy because most other DQs about a half gravy cup, but no. I was surprised and pleased to find we got a full cup each. GOOD DEAL! Our server performed a good job and the food was good too. Had a Good Experience..

Very rude. Had a code for a bogo ice cream the lady just kept saying we don’t take codes. Wouldn’t explain why. Extremely rude but the bright side is I still saved money and got better ice cream and service at Sonic.

Ordered tacos and cook came out and said they couldn't do tacos because the tacos were "still frozen"...whatever that means. Couldn't find a clean table to sit at...literally every table dirty and they weren't busy at all. Stood at the counter for about 2 minutes while the front counter employee was in the lobby talking to another employee who was on break. I never got anything to clean the table with so we just used napkins (from my purse) because toner were nine to be found in the lobby nor were we given any with out drinks. When husbands food came out, it was wrong. Two stars because the timer 2 meals were good. But...we won't be going back. Worst DQ I've ever been to...hands down
