Called in to order lady said she couldn't hear me. I called back no answer. I called back 6 times she never answered. Food might be go9d but their customer service is crappy. Now I know why they have 3.7 rating. Done with them. Taco Jardin.#1
Francis is a mix of emotions. First of all, the Food was amazing! Hot, Delicious and very good overall. I say mix of emotions because the service is very slow. Came in with family this morning, waited a little over 10 minutes for our order to be taken, and it was not packed. Waiters and Servers also have a very nasty attitude.
I recommend solely on the food, but don’t expect “sincere service with a smile around here”.

Bad Customer Service. Lady with Grey hair is very rude and snappy.
