More than one menu item was not available, our order took almost an hour to come out even though it was not busy, we had rubbery chicken, dry wings with little seasoning, and our burgers were well

It's 6 pm on a Friday (12-1-23), and the place is closed. I called several times before I arrived and just got pushed to a voice mailbox that was full or not set up. It was going to be my first time trying this place, but I already have a bad taste in my mouth before I even had the chance to try the food.

Foood was amazing. I had the Trump Burger and 5 buffalo/lemon pepper wing. They do not have prices on the menu so the same beer I bought 3 times was three different prices. Food took about 25 min to arrive. Atmosphere was ok none of the staff smiled or welcomed people upon entering the restaurant, but whoever the cook was did an outstanding job ??

Always a good time at Frankie Flav's. The waiters are always nice and the food is good. I prefer sitting outside so I totally recommend.

The burgers were really good was excellent . Only thing I could fault it was the music was a bit too loud . Was hard to carry on a conversation, but I still would give a 5 star rating.

Came in with a very large group. We called ahead to let them know. They were able to take care of all of us. We had about 25 people. Drinks food and lots of laughs. It was a good time.

Went on Wing Day Wednesday, no boneless wings. I ordered dumpster tots, which come with cheese, avocado, habanero crema, chorizo and an egg. The server brought them out and I'm not going to lie they looked delicious. I asked the server for silverware and she said we don't have any. I'm incredulous, you mean you expect me to eat this with my fingers??? She said I'll get you the manager. He said we just ran out of forks. Challenge flag, there was only 2 people at the bar and they were not eating. They didn't just run out of forks. He said I have some knives, I said no, that's unacceptable. He said, I can run to HEB and get some forks. I said again, unacceptable. You want me to wait for you to go get forks while my food gets cold??? This guy was sitting in the corner on his phone when we walked in. It was happy hour and only 2 other people there. I've been there many times and taken several friends there as well. This place has some serious issues if their manager can't keep forks on hand.

This place is more like a small sports bar with lots of TVs and better than good bar food.Definitely worth the drive out if staying in Harlingen or McAllen.The food was really good and big portions. Had all the sports and music was a good mix of everything.Had lots of beers and drinks were good too. Can’t wait to come back

1st our waiter was spectacular. The review is not based on him or his service. He was very kind and attentive and gave really good service. This is based on bartender and cooks. Went and ordered to cocktails, no alcohol in it whatsoever. That lady bartender should be ashamed sending out those slushies, its like she just splashed the bottle cap of a plastic water bottle cap size into the glass. They were out of texas twinkies (jalapeño poppers) and brisket nachos. Then whats the point really. The wings were incredibly salty, like inedible. They were cooked perfectly just the insane amount tasted like the cook either didnt care about amount of seasoning and dumped a whole tablespoon of salt on each wing or didnt pay attention to what he was doing. Burger was decent, but a small overpriced mess. Cooks and bartender were overall were bad at thekr job. The waiters excellent service couldnt overide that.Note: pay with card, charged is $2 to pay with card. Also I ordered the chamoy mango margarita, they charged .50 cents for the chamoy, a drink that was supposed to already come with chamoy. Never have I been to a bar and been charged extra for something product is supposed to come with. When things are nickel and dimed like that, it really doesnt turn out well business wise. The Harlingen location is better in terms of food and drink. I will not be back at this location.

Unfortunately can’t get an order right. Ordered 4 BYOB’s to go. Every burger was wrong. Maybe you shouldn’t offer such an expansive burger menu if you guys can’t put it together right. Honestly I suspect this was more an issue of taking the order than making the order.

Wings are over cooked, the burgers weren't anything special, the veggies on the burger and fries were dryed with black spots and our waitress never checked on us once we could have dined and dashed and im pretty sure they charged us the wrong ticket 0/10 definitely not coming

Service could be better! I had the wings and they are nice and big. Very meaty! They don't have dessert! The burgers looked great but the pastrami sandwich was a little flat( pinche with the meat!)

The wings were crispy and had a great flavor. I had a “build your burger,” and the meat was delicious, and the burger was great. I am just not a fan of the “spring mix” I prefer iceberg lettuce. The customer service was excellent, I forgot the name of the lady who helped us, but she was accommodating and got us everything we needed promptly.I wish we would’ve sat outside because of the beautiful view of the retention pond. Next time we visit, we will do that.
