Very horrible service from the man they have working. The women they have working are exceptional! You call to place your order and he doesn’t even take the time to write it down correctly. This has happened on more than one occasion. I stopped going last year due to this issue and it’s always with that one male employee. You call to let them know they messed up your order and he gives you attitude after you had explained to him SEVERAL times the exact way you wanted your order. That’s the reason I repeated the order to him because it’s always him screwing up. Don’t even bother with the owners they send you to call the store. So you’ll just be back and forth. If you decide to go make sure you don’t place your order with the dark skinned big man.

The food is good but very horrible service from the one man. The shorter woman that’s been working there since about a year or 2 is wonderful. I always see her moving and getting work done.

I ordered an order of tacos and they were filled with meat, that's definitely a plus. Bistec was soft and tripas were perfect 👌
Salsa had the perfect touch of spicy.

Not to mention the fresas con crema! Yummy. I'm definitely going back and taking my family.

Saw this place on a news cast as best barbacoa in the valley. Thought we would check it out and see what all the hype was about. We showed up on a Fri afternoon ( to try the rest of the menu, no bbq)and it was pretty dead. Walked in and with no guidance, we sat ourselves. All the tables were dirty and the restaurant itself looked a little rough. It took a bit for someone to come out and work on our order. When she finally showed, we asked if she could clean the table and when she did, it smelled worse than it was when we got there. Bad water or bad cleaning towel, not sure. We ended up using our sanitizer and their napkins to get rid of the smell. Finally got the order in and it was barely like warm. It didn't taste terrible but wasn't great. The bistek was ok but the tripas we're chewy. I asked for crispy but they missed the mark. Fast forward.......we paid and came back the following morning to try the barbacoa and tamales. Complete 180 on the food. The barbacoa we got was regular....they said it was greasy but for us it was perfect....great flavor, great texture great temperature..... No complaints.... definitely be back for that. Tamales weren't bad either.....maybe we caught em on a bad day the Friday we went....a little on the fence here. Maybe give em another shot.....

The food was great. The people there were really nice. They answered all questions that my mom had about their food. It was very clean. The tacos & charro beans were amazing. The agua fresca de melon was AWESOME! Definitely need to try the other flavors!

Parking: There is a small amount of parking spaces, but they also have a drive thru.

This place was recommended by a local. The staff were very friendly and the food is amazing.
One of the workers recommended a Michelada and I agreed to order one. Im glad that I agreed because it was fantastic! I’ll be coming back soon with friends and family!

The lady in the window was rude she seemed bothered to attend us and told us nothing on the menu was available besides like 3 things, mind you this is during the week so most of there menu says the food is available on those days also the last few times I came I do recall for a fact waiting 20+ minutes to get attended or get what I ordered but I kept giving them chances because I love supporting small businesses but this will be the last time I go unfortunately. I'll give the food a 5 because it was never disappointed but the service my mom and I received was definitely not okay! Find another job if you are not happy with that one please!
