Horrible service, I repeated my order multiple times at whoever was taking it 5 times to be exact, paid for it and they had me waiting over 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich combo and to top it off I was given Diet Pepsi for my drink they were rude and unprofessional. I never complain or make a fuss anywhere I go but this place is by far the worse experience I’ve had ever!!!

Had my order delivered... this was the nastiest chicken on the planet. One I ordered a dump stick and two thighs.. these people put 3 breast in my order. The chicken was dry and over salted. Worst chicken ever not to mention cold when it got to me. Very dissatisfied. Will not ever order from them again during my stay here

The employees were very cold, with no emotions just there. The chicken recipe was not the same as what I remember very different.
This location is always lacking. Staff is always standing around chatting not working. There's never any chicken even though the restaurant is literally dead. No customers. This has been going on at this San Benito Texas location for a few years with no change. Complaints to staff of gone unanswered, and with no change.

I am always in favor of supporting “local” businesses but KFC needs to serve higher quality chicken. I ordered a bucket of chicken and it was undercooked and the worst quality posssible, only thing I ate was my drink. One other time I tried a bowl and it had no flavor and the chicken strips were also awful. I am sure I will never go back.
