They do try their best especially when it gets packed, Just be patient and they will do their best to serve you. Never had a problem with them. Sometimes other people get mad or start a problem with employees but it's not their fault most of the times due to the amount of people ordering bulk. Overall they do quite a good job. 💯🤟🤙

Very disappointed in this location. Ordered the promotional Fantastic Four in one thinking they would make it fresh and seemed like it was sitting for days. Very dry and hard. Also ordered a plain cheese which seemed to be ok. I paid extra for the premium pizza and it was worse than the plain cheese. See pic for comparison.

Used drive through, got in and out pretty quickly despite the line, pizza was extra hot so it stayed hot for me when I got home

The dude at the drive-thru is a disaster! He couldn't get the order right even after a redo...horrible pizza. He should shut up and listen! He is more about running his mouth. He should never be serving the public in any capacity! LC has lost a customer forever at this location!

Pizza was delicious, the peperoni puffs were our of this world, too, prize was affordable, and we were served in less than 20 minutes.

If you are a fan of LC, you know not all are good cause the staff makes all the diff. The pizza is fire here, done right day or nite. Best LC team and customer service is solid even when you tias are actin up🥸

Ordered online for drive thru pick up and when I got to the window the really nice girl at the window appoligized and said my order wasn't done yet if I can park in the front and they would take me my order I parked in the front saw the guy through the window finishing my order and than the app told me my order was ready 3 cars come out the drive thru and about 4 people go in and pick up there order which one guy got there ordered and walked out with his order so I call and ask about my order that's been sitting there that I was told that would b brought to me when it was out and the guy tells me to go through the drive thru to get it smh I get to the drive thru and the girl looks confused and asked me they didn't take you your order sir or was there something missing and I told her no they didn't take me my order she appoligized and went to get my order from the heat box they put it in but it wasn't there she had to go to the back in the kitchen to get my order and the boxes looked like they had been opened again like if they tampered with my food so be careful when you order from here and watch them through the windows the crew look shady like they will mess with your food if they don't like you the only one to seem to care about anything was the girl at the window I hate to see good employees brought down cuz of the rest of the crew that don't care about there customers or there job I will definitely not be going back to this place again and if my kids get sick tomorrow I know why

Although the pizza is fresh, service is so slow and they never update the app when your order is ready. They keep you waiting around longer than you should, 45 min wait for a hot and ready ordered thru the app is ridiculous and not so much as even a sorry for keeping you waiting. Need better training. I recommend going to a different location than the one here in San Benito next to the Stripes unless you have time to waste.

Don’t know why this location came up on my google review, but the location I was trying to review was the one in Los Fresnos, they got high school kids working without proper training or management, truly would love to see an adult there

It's really not fair, I'm waiting for this guy to bring my pizza, they take the money from the photo and still he told me, he came out with other orders and ours nooooo! It was at the checkout I was chatting with them

The attention upon arrival was good, but I didn't like that the women who work there are just wasting time talking and don't move forward, while the men do their job very efficiently and without talking, the rest of the Enduring Ones there seemed very good to me. .
