Ordered last night around 7:20 and received a notification at 7:44 that the order was ready. My husband didn’t get the order until 8:30. And still got the wrong order. What’s the point of ordering if they never have anything ready.I’ve called the store but they don’t even answer.

How do these businesses stay open when they have rude employees working for them. Went in last night to get crazy bread and nope didn't have any and to order there new little pizza cups and none to be found. Went in tonight also to get a pizza and crazy bread combo and nope none made and told by the cashier didn't have anymore crazy bread and it was only 8:30pm. Also asked if they had any of the pizza cups made and nope not again tonight. Always have to wait for something to be made. No wings, no specials or no crazy bread. What a joke

Put in for an online order at 10:30pm, and the one pizza was going to ready by 10:52pm got there at 11:00pm and the order was not even ready..

Employees are rude! You order online for pickup and when you get there you’re literally waiting for an HOUR!!!! You call the store and they never answer! Horrible all around! Never again! If I could give it a 0 star I would!!!!

Pretty good. Needs a bigger parking lot to wait for orders when they're making more pizzas.
The customer service skills of the employees definitely need ALOT of work, they never seem happy, they look miserable, the wait is ridiculous, and the building itself needs a new paint job this place needs to look alive! The only great thing is the food. I hope the someday they remodel the place and give the workers a better pay and may be they would be happy with the job.

Make sure you pay attention to the change they are giving you, handed us a counterfeit 50 dollar bill.

Giving it two stars because the pizza is good but the service SUCKS! You could be the only car in the drive thru and they still take forever to answer the intercom. When you go inside they just look at you walking in and out, no “hello” or “thank you” and you’ll wait about 5 minutes before someone actually gets to the front counter (with a kitchen full of staff). I guess they prefer people to order online so they don’t have to interact with anyone.

this place is really going down, the fact that we waited almost 30 min. for our pizza and had to personally get out and ask.. and the fact that other cars were getting it before me when i was ahead of the cars isnt right either.. the pizza is still good but you need to get either more workers or you need to really talk to your workers into working fast..
