Why when I put in a mobile order for pickup its never ready when I get there? I wait 15 minutes before going inside or thru the drive thru and yet its never ready when I get there and its still never fresh. I order food inside and it gets to me faster than my mobile order. I thought the whole point of order ahead was so I didn't have to wait or order there. People who ordered food in line after me got their food before me. Am I missing something here?

I went to grab a late night meal & it gave me food poisoning !
Why have an app if you are still going to get the order wrong and still have to wait. No salt means no salt not redipping the fries to cook the salt.

First off manager is so rude didn't want to look at my email receipt because it was not paper. Told me very aggressively to leave the store or she would call cops to have me trespassed, for trying to pick up my paid order... I work at a restaurant, this type of behavior especially from management is un called for. Please save yourself your time and money and go to any other McDonald or even a different place in general.
