Edit: My wife and I, along with our kids decided to give this location another try, just to be spat in the face for our appearance. My wife accompanied my daughter to the restroom , as they walk in , they’re greeted by racist remarks about their skin color , my wife said one of the employees names was Heather. This is UNACCEPTABLE. This all happened at around 7pm.

Don't stop at this location it's always the same dry patty and McChicken super old cold and dark greasy with soggy dark fries after everything was asked cook to order. Not just that the burger was squished flat with ketchup and mustard all over the wrap paper. Damn this location. Was gonna call but don't need no refund. Rather leave this review so it can be fixed. See if It happens again.

This place needs a new manager. People waiting an hour for food. While I was there 6 people came up to the register for a refund. Don't come to this location until they get a new night shift manager. The worse service experience I have encountered.

First, there's this dude that works there always trying to be my friend like if I've known him trying to make jokes like dude I'm not your friend , second ..the store was still open needed 20 minutes to close and as I got to the door they locked it , that was very rude. And finally , last night I ordered a mcrib and they only put one bread ..I feel the night shift don't care .

Fries were cold aftee asking for hot fries then frappe size was messed up and burger price after using a deal also afte we tried to do another deal but they completely messed up on both burgers and everything on the deal

Horrible place! I was waiting at the front counter while several employees walked by and didn’t bother to say anything to me. I finally had to call one of them over, because if I hadn’t, I would’ve kept waiting without anyone acknowledging me.
So the app wouldn't let me order bc an old order was still on (not their fault) reinstalled app and ordered my burger with an extra patty. The burger had zero patties. Just to be told I placed my order incorrect. I knew exactly what I selected. So instead of remaking the order. They put the meat on old burger and just added extra sauce. I wish there was add photo section. This thing was so sloppy! Don't blame other for your or the apps mistake do better McDonald's.

Got running eggs ask the manager to remake them they where taking to long to do so. I ask can u just swap for pancakes for my children to share. Gave me a smart ass reply well only this time and walks away. This will be my first and last time here I spent almost 60 dollars in this location for her to act like I didn't pay. She handed the bag and I didn't get a sorry or a thank you from her. What happened to customer service. Very rude Manager.
