I went there on several occasions during my short visit to Harlingen.
I enjoyed the Rolling Smoke Bbq's wonderful southern hospitality.
The service and the food were amazing. They are one big reason why I will return to visit Texas. I highly recommend them.

Perfect for festive meals with heart and flavor
Rolling Smoke BBQ is now located at the Moon Rock but they also do a fabulous job catering! Today they brought an outstanding brisket meal served with the best potato salad ever, their signature beans, rice & trimmings. Ennete, David and family personally served our church congregation a plate full of deliciousness as we celebrated our 2025 graduates. Thank you!

The food is great. The brisket is moist and tender the sauce is perfect, the kids can eat it not spicy . The twinkies are delicious. You got to try it . Go with time for parking.

Called to place order and they don’t answer phones.
I highly recommend this place. The Barbacue was very tender & just the right amount of rub. The potato salad was also very tasty. My friend had the chopped brisket and it looked loaded & delicious. We both devoured our food. The server checked on us several times & never let my tea run low. I'll be back!

Generous portions of succulent brisket. The best!!! Biggest portions I've ever had for this very reasonable pricing. The loaded potato was perfectly cooked...tasted amazing! Beans were super fresh and potato salad ratio was on point. Highly recommend!
