Best deals ever!!

The food is always fresh and delicious and the employees are always friendly! But, everytime we get our drinks they have very little ice so I ask for extra ice so that we can get a bit more but they fill the cup all the way to the top.. 😆 🤷🏻‍♀️ This past time I asked for extra ice in my drink and light ice in my husband's drink so they wouldn't give him less drink. Bad idea. I give up.

This is the only Sonic where whenever I order the rainbow slush, they mix it into a black mess and takes the fun out of drinking layer by layer. Someone is intimidated by a little slush on their menu

Keep your politics out of my slushes THAT I AM PAYING TO BE RAINBOW. Some people just like the rainbow and aren't angry at literal colors

My family came to this location cuz it's the only one in San Benito, but it was harbor cuz all our chicken tenders were hard! They were very raw and top of that very oily that my baby got burn ❤️‍🔥 Don't recomiendes place

I went to stars and got a bad order so I went to sonic instead it was really hot out and thanks to Victor the manager he brought my double smasher combo fast and It only took 5 mins for me to get my full order it was very delicious and i definitely will be going back again.🤍

I was coming home from a long day of work and my baby mama hit me up talm bout “I want 4 coneys” so I drove to sonic and got her 4 Footlong Coneys and not only were they the cheesies chilliest and goodest footlongs but for once we didn’t argue at diner so I thank the wonderful cooks that prepared this meal.

Not sure why they are refusing to sell ice bags now.

My only complaint about this place, is why or how is the bacon always burnt? I keep thinking maybe it happened by accident so I try it a different time. It's already been at least 4 different times where I get charcoal instead of bacon. Everything else is great. Nothing else to complain about. But if someone that works there is reading this. Please fix this.

Normally I'm not one to complain about food but when it's been a busy day and no time to cook I'll go to my regular places I enjoy. I decided to try Sonic in San Benito. Wasn't happy. A long wait for a small hot dog. I did say to the other people with me never again for Sonic. Long wait for a small hot dog I could of just bought a bigger hot dog at stripe's for $2.99 with a drink instead a little over $9.00 . We do own a Business and my priority is for the customer to receive great customer service and most importantly when they buy at our place whether it's $2 or $50 I make sure they are happy and get their moneys worth. Also for the young lady on the speaker two thumbs down on customer service

We ordered large milkshakes. They come with normal size straws. Ok. No problem. They were hardly mixed and we both couldn't even suck it through our straws without having an aneurysm! It's been 20 minutes and I still can't drink it. I didn't order ice cream. I don't want to eat it with a spoon. This is ridiculous. Thick shakes are great. At least invest in the LARGE STRAWS so customers can enjoy them. I shouldn't have to go home and mix with more milk to drink it.

I have never received a fully correct order from this Sonic. I’ve corrected employees while ordering and they still get it wrong. I don’t know if it’s just pure incompetence or if maybe the mics in the stalls are broken but it’s incredibly frustrating

We were so happy when we finally got our Sonic here in our little town. For a while everything was awesome about this place. But lately the service is just bad. We literally would go like 3 to 4 times a week for food , ice cream or just simply drinks which are our favorite. We've had two bad experiences with just drink orders. First one I let slide but yesterday we ordered just two drinks for pickup but we had car problems and weren't able to pick them up right away. Like two or three hours passed before we could pick them up, so we called before to see if we could still go . They did yes I couldn't believe they gave us the drinks they had served 3 hours earlier ice melted and all. My son is not a person to say anything so he took the drinks. Thank God it wasn't food. I think when people order online and don't pickup there's a reason. Show your employees to be more considerate Sonic
