I live in Brownsville, but I prefer this Starbucks location to any of our Brownsville locations. They're good at giving you what you ordered and we'll remake your drink if it was not made correctly. The only thing is that the online ordering ahead doesn't necessarily mean that they actually make your drink ahead of time. There have been many times where they don't make the drink until I actually arrive there, which defeats the purpose of ordering the drink...
Staff are super friendly and professional. Ordered a Cafe Americano. Staff asked if I wanted it with ice. I've never been asked. OMG!!! Was really good n refreshing. Thank you folks.
Raquel helped me this afternoon through drive-thru ! Her energy was so uplifting that it helped boost me to have an even greater day ! She was great and spot on with her customer service . Super friendly ! Super happy ! & Super welcoming ! So, thank you Starbucks for hiring and having such an amazing employee like her .
