Honestly stars has gone so low hahaha placed an order for one kids meal and two number ones with tater tot but when the food go there the tater tots were fries and when we asked the carhop to fix it he took the whole bag with two fries and only came back with one tatter tots hahaha 🤣 we didn't even try to get it fixed because at the moment we had been waiting for a while... This was a like redemption attempt for stars since the last time I ordered from here the gave me a whole piece of the ice cream machine with my banana split 🤣 lmao not going here for the future

Used to be favorite place until we found hairs, yes multiples, 3 in the salad and 1 in a drink. Was half way through the salad when I found the second and third hair. I didn’t mind the first ( I know, how gross) I just tossed it out. But the other 2? I asked for a head of lettuce not hair. And then to top it off another hair in my sprite. :(((( I called before they closed and general manager said there was nothing he could do since his night shift cooks were bald. Called again today 5/16/2025 and no refund could be issued since I didn’t go back the same day and because I had finished the majority of the salad. ://// Edit: forgot to mention the burger buns I ordered were black, not burnt but black because I’m pretty sure they just tossed them on the dirty grill or pan or whatever it’s called. :((((

da girl wit lashes extensions was completely not a good worker I gave her 50 nd gave me half my change bac (she was excused) gave me wrong slushie nd my medium chili fries dey decided to put it on a small size instead nd put it on top of da medium disappointing

Most of the time the order is wrong, burger I'd dry, not fresh and bun is saturated in oil. Lettuce is brown and whilted. Highly would not recommend.
I use the scan code on the order screen and was able to customize my order, unfortunately the order I made was not the order I received they didn't follow instructions but I don't want to make a fuss about it I went home

Ordered 2 burger combos, a shake and banana split for $32 at stall 16 and the button didnt . They make u scan a QR code so you have to order online. Big mistake ! I ordered at 4:42 pm after 15 mins I went and got someone. Still 10 mins later and moving to another stall, I called again and finally got my food at 5:20 pm. Never again !! 32 bucks what a joke! Go to Sonic you will get better quicker service!
