Charged a tip without asking me , customer service is terrible workers are rude. cashier told me total was 15.87 when I saw my receipt later in the car I saw my total was actually 19.04 so they charged me a 3.17 tip without telling me.

Young kids making mistakes like usual. Clean yes but when I asked if they can redo my order they completely ignored me and handed me what I didn't want so I compliantly walked out. They make the mistakes and don't want to fix them when I explained everything clearly.

You ask for extra for extra charge? Forget it, the employees say their manager says they’re not allowed to do ANYTHING EXTRA FOR EXTRA CHARGE, that’s a whole load of bologna, I asked for extra steak for extra charge, and apparently their MANAGER tells them they’re not allowed to do it at all, when I go to the one near the highway and they ARE able to add extra steak for and extra 75cent charge, honestly what kind of location would Denys the additional profit, I don’t understand, it’s honestly annoying because it’s obvious the employees take it to heart and end up giving only 4 small pieces of steak for a whole dorito nacho meal, this store is sad, this manager needs to be replaced or simply the 2 employees that stay until 11pm this Friday, I don’t recommend at all, it ridiculous

They charged my card twice at this location so becareful to this day I have not been refunded I tried calling and they kept saying they didn't charge me when I have proof that they did ....will update review if I get refunded besides that I haven't had any other problems at this

I'm always hesitant to place online orders cuz a lot of places su make the sandwiches ugly ?. This location is different tho, every order I've placed online is always correct and looks like they took their time making it. If you're gonna go to any of the subways in San Benito this is the one to go to.
