I loved the experience this morning, the manager & her staff was the sweetest! I had a curbside/take out order. The wait wasn’t much either, they were all FRIENDLY & had the best customer service.. which is hard to come by at most places. Most definitely coming back into this location & bringing my business this way! Thank you Ladies ✨✨

The chipotle chicken sandwich was inedible, with a foul taste. Service dragged, taking nearly ten minutes. Online drink prices are lower…than in-store, which feels deceptive.

I made an app purchase from Tropical Smoothie Cafe in San Benito, TX over a month ago & never received a refund for an unavailable menu item, even after I provided my online order info to the store manager, corporate, and regional manager. This isn’t just about seeking a small refund, but the principle of correcting a mistake by either reimbursing for the total for an item that I paid for or at least replacing it. What a shame that this location lost a rewards customer who’s already limited on eateries due to dietary restrictions. Prior to this visit, I always enjoyed smoothies, wraps, flatbreads and tropic bowls. Customizing entrées and drinks plus reaping rewards were my favorite parts of being a Tropical Smoothie customer.

The Triple Berry Oat smoothie has multivitamins, flax seed, whey protein, oats, 3 different berries, and more; plus I add these supplements: Energizer, Fat burner, and B-12. Wow! I drink this smoothie just before work and I'm energized my whole 8 hour shift. The employees at the San Benito, TX location are nice as well.

They close their drive thru at 9:20 pm when Harlingen location closes it at 10:00 pm. Either no accountability on management’s part or wrong advertisement on drive thru times. Close at 10 means last order at 10, not you walk out the door at 10.
