I had made an online order on the Wingstop website at 6:39 pm with the order being ready for pick up in 16 min -20 min. I got to the store and asked if my order was ready. I was then told to wait for 7 minutes by Crystal, so I then sat and waited. I kept seeing multiple people who were dine-in and carry out orders receive their orders first than I. I then checked again to see if my order was ready after those 7 minutes. I was told no and waited for an additional 20 minutes before asking again. It wasn’t until 7:36 pm that my order that I ordered nearly 1 hr prior (at 6:39 pm) was sitting in the to go cart area in the very bottom all this time. I then asked Crystal if I can get my wings reheated since they had been sitting for an hour and she said no. I then questioned her as to why she never called my name and she said she did, when in reality she did not. I then asked to speak to a manager to see if something can be done (reheating my wings since they were now cold) she then said there was no manager available or a lead person working. I then said okay fine and left the store. Come to find out when I get home and take out my food from the bags, I DID NOT get my correct order. I received 20 hot lemon wings instead of 10 hot lemon & 10 Cajun and my side of carrots WAS NOT even in the bag. It was missing! I then called back the store and Crystal answered again. I told her the situation about food missing and my order being wrong and she told me that I can come back the next day. Why would I do that, when I ordered my food for today. I then asked yet again for management and was told again nobody was available. I asked for a corporate number and she said there wasn’t one. I then asked when the manager would be available to speak to him and again she does not know. Miguel Rios is the manager for this location please ensure your employees are paying attention. I know it’s busy, but when I pay so much money for food I expect it to be hot and ready. I will be speaking to the manager and making a formal complaint to corporate about this situation.

Ive been waiting on a single order of 10 wings and fries for 20 minutes and i still dont have the food, workers would rather have a discussion with each other and wander around aimlessly pretending to be busy, one of the employees looks to be under the influence as well

We took the Port-A-Potty LLC crew for an early dinner and this San Benito location was definitely set apart from the rest. Robert and his crew were courteous, fast and professional. The wings and sides were savory and cooked to perfection.

San benito manager needs to be fired! super rude! doesnt know how to talk to customers!! Horrible attitude! Makes sb wingstop look bad with her customer service! I have let everyone i know.. know about her so they wont have a bad experience with her! She HAS TO LEARN HOW TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS! HORRIBLE SERVICE

Mediocre food with a disorganized staff. Their whole shtick revolves around the fact that everything is 'made to order'. They are as slow as Christmas!!
Not worth the wait...unless you don't have anything to do...nope, not my cup of tea!
Too many wing places...in SB try Gigi's on Sam Houston near the freeway...half the wait with a reasonable price! Gigi's is also locally owned. Try their mozzarella sticks.

Waited for an hour after they told me 30 minutes on the phone. People who ordered after me even got their food first!!! I asked about it and they never made it and completely forgot my order 😡

Music was too loud that i couldnt hear my order and when i got up to ask about it, it was there ready for who knows how long, and my order was cold, bad service
horrible place do no waste ur time they have horrible staff and no ac and they gave me soggy fries without seasoning they don't deserve ur cash
