Unprofessional employees working at this location. No empathy displayed after they didn’t give me my entire order. Manager/supervisor advised they would refund me my total and unfortunately they refunded me 1/2 only. The food was trash! Wait time was outrageous! And no sense or urgency was displayed nor management was seen given positive direction to the employees! I would recommend for everyone to go and spend your money elsewhere! This place is trashy and I will spread the word!Also, if you go back on the reviews, y’all might notice absolutely no one is monitoring these reviews! Very unfortunate! No one cares!

Most of the time everything has been good but several times I haven’t gotten what I specifically asked for. Recent order I told them several times I wanted my wings extra sauce and I told the gentlemen on the phone if he could make sure they had extra sauce and when I got home with the order I noticed it wasn’t what I had specified. So upsetting!!!

I asked for fresh food so they redipped the fries and wings and they gave it to me all burnt. Fork wouldn’t even go through it. Soda machine stopped working while I was there.

The place was empty inside and yet they had an hour and 30minutes waiting time. They had a big line of cars and they were just fooling around in the back and to top it off no phones were being answered!

Worst experience ever, I'm never coming back again, I placed a order over the phone the guy that took my order was laughing didn't pay attention. When I got there they didn't have my order, then they make me wait there for an hour, all staff including the kitchen people were laughing they looked they were high or drunk.

The floor is always wet, the bathrooms have a bad smell, the food is raw, the chicken is bloody and they use refried oil so it comes out bitter.Kid-friendliness: It is not a suitable place for children because there is not enough space and the children bother the others, everyone looks at them with a dirty look, they always make a mistake in the order of the orders, which is why I have had it for more than 45 minutes.

A terrible experience, I frequent this place because my son has autism and he loves it, even though they are not able to give the correct order. They always make mistakes. You order cold food to eat and they give it to you to take away. They make a mistake in the order and they are working poorly and the cook is terrible. The food is raw.Kid-friendliness: They must keep in mind that one is going to have lunch not to rest because of their continuous terrors, there is never ice in the machine

FOOD IS GOOD, WHEN YOU GET WAT YOU ORDER! THIS IS PROBABLY THE 3RD TIME THEY SCREW UP OUR ORDER! MY WIFE N DAUGHTER GET BONELESS N I ORDER WITH BONE N THEY GIVE US ALL BONELESS, FORGET OUR VEGGIES! WE LIVE TO FAR TO GO BACK N REORDER. IF THE MANAGERS WOULD TEND TO THEIR EMPLOYEES AND GET THEM OFF THEIR PHONES AND PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT THEY GET PAID FOR, WE WOULDNT HAVE THIS ISSUE!

First off I order pickup so I can have my daughter get off and get the food due to me being sick with covid, not wanting to expose others. THAT WAS MY DINNER CONSIDERING IM NOT COOKING DUE TO BEING SICK AND FEELING ILL. I witness my daughter getting bypassed by two people. I proceeded to get off and got to the counter only to be told by the manager that I'm not next I told him he can skip my daughter but help other people. He fixed my order himself only to make it incorrect. ALSO I didn't know that dogs that were not service animals were allowed a family had a chihuahua on a leash while people ate. Next time I will take my dog too and see if they turn me away. I feel like that's so unsanitary maybe they showed focus on getting orders correct THANKS WINGSTOP FOR A DINNER LESS NIGHT
