this is the best list of Caesars in the city. Other little Caesars and El Paso are horrible. They let their pizza sit for hours and they sell them. This one keeps them fresh and then they did not give you a hard time about giving you a hot fresh pizza.

Bought 3 boxes of pizza, did not receive my receipt I asked for red chilli peppers and got two little packets compared to the amount of pizzas I bought
I called to just let the supervisor know that this is unacceptable the lady barely spoke English and put on another girl on the phone she thought I wanted my receipt. Please have some more customer service it’s not about the receipt at this point

Ok so i don't like to complain...but this is the 4th time i get a burnt pizza in a row
I ordered online and part of the special was a 2 L soda. When I got there, they handed me my pizza, but said they never received the order for the soda. I even showed them the promotion they had for a free soda and they didn’t care. I asked to speak to the manager and first they said there was no manager and the second person I talked to said they were the management And they were not gonna give me the soda. And the little girl had an attitude.They offered to refund me my money if I returned the pizza. Wow , That’s how much they care about their customers. Won’t be coming back again. Rude and disrespectful. You guys suck!
Update: I called their corporate office and they said they would have the regional manager call me immediately. Well guess what don’t even try. Never heard back from them. Just shows you no one cares. So if you’re not happy with the disrespectful and rude employee behavior just don’t order here. In fact order from Pot Belly’s Pizza a block away. Better service and pizza tastes better! Hit em where they will feel it. #PBspizza #Potbellyspizza

Ive been ordering from Little Ceasars for a while, but these last two times the pizza has been raw, and this time that I just ordered, the pizza kept falling apart. I turned the slices around and saw that some slices was missing dough, and some slices had hair on it. Im just tossing both pizzas to the trash. As far as the service goes, it has changed a lot too. I don’t see any customer service lately.

I pulled up to the drive thru and this is how the conversation went; “what can I get you?” Me in a very friendly manner, “Can I have a cheese pizza please?” Her: “a WhAaT?!?!?” Me: (meeting her rudeness) “a cheese pizza” Her: “It’s not ready. It’ll be a couple minutes (I know this already as I am a usual for cheese pizza and I know she is still going to explain it but not so rudely) Me: “ that’s okay” Her: “AnnYtHinG ElllSeee?!?!!” Me:” no” (clearly meeting her disgusting customer service) Her: “$8.11” …that’s literally how that went. I pull up to the window, no greeting, just a very rude “$8.11”. I pay her cash and I receive my change with no receipt, which is a shame because I was ready to complain to corporate or franchise whichever they are. Granted there were no cars in the line and if she couldn’t hear me through her end of the speaker, she shouldn’t have been as rude as she was as a simple “sorry I can’t hear you” or at least a friendly greeting when she first interacts with the customer.
No receipt and I check the little tag they add to the pizza box and it said 7 pizzas??? At least I know the unfriendly and rude cashier’s name since it’s on the label.
