Went here since I saw it was on TV due to having good food however it was very average nothing gave it a wowo factor and also service very poor attention attendant was pretty much there just to take drink order and then food order. I may give the spot another chance since I don't live far from it however so far has better reputation than what I was served on my visit.

Went here in the afternoon with my family, food was really good and decently priced. The burgers and onions rings were homemade and were some of the best I’ve had in El Paso, worth a stop in!

Our first visit. We decided to get something to eat before going to the petting zoo.We have been here a week visiting family that just got stationed here.First off we haven't had a great experience eating out all week. The food here was top notch. I ordered the queso and chips. Amazing! My daughter got the All American burger with waffle fries. She was very excited that there were fresh. The burger was juicy and packed with so much flavor. My husband got the crispy relleno burger and onion rings. The rings were very crispy. Tasted very good. The burger.....Just wow! Jammed packed with flavor with a deep fried stuffed relleno.I ordered the steak tacos. The steak was juicy, full of flavor. The tortillas you can tell were freshly made that day. My heart was so happy to finally eat something worth it. The prices are reasonable. The baby got chicken tenders. They didn't disappoint. They were about average on flavor.

Lately, I've been on a burger kick and let me tell you, it's all because of the skyrocketing cost of steak. I mean, seriously, have you seen the prices? If you're craving a good, juicy, meaty chunk of beef, your best bet is to go for a delicious burger. And let me tell you, there's no place better than the Outlaw Saloon at the Licon Dairy. So, the other day, I took a little trip to the pomegranate farm with the De La Story boys, and afterwards, we decided to check out the dairy. It's crazy to think that one of them had never been there before, and the other had only been once when he was six years old. They're lifetime El Pasoans, after all! But hey, better late than never, right? The dairy is located just 35 to 40 minutes away from the Westside, in San Elizario. I've always been curious about the Outlaw Saloon, but never had the chance to visit. Well, those mouthwatering burgers finally lured me in. Luckily, we went at a time when it wasn't too crowded, but they were a bit short-staffed. Angel Licon, the third-generation owner, explained to me that they had to let go of a lot of employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. In fact, he was personally working behind the bar, serving drinks and taking orders because they were still short-handed.Angel also shared with me that they're trying to keep the petting zoo free for visitors. They're exploring ideas like selling souvenirs or applying for grants to cover the costs of keeping the animals clean and fed. He seemed genuinely saddened by the state of the petting zoo and apologized for it. He's doing his best to keep it going, but the pandemic really hit them hard. On the bright side, the saloon itself seems to be doing well, and we were about to find out why.Let me tell you, the food at the Outlaw Saloon is absolutely amazing, and the prices are unbelievable. I already knew I'd enjoy their burgers, but what surprised me were their appetizers. Those egg rolls, oh my goodness! The steak and egg one was one of the best I've ever tasted. It was light, non-greasy, and packed with cheesy, meaty goodness, with a slight kick from the dip. And then there were their Jesse James poppers - beautiful green Hatch chilies stuffed with their cheese and topped with local pecans from a farm down the road in Clint. They were nutty, cheesy, and absolutely delicious. Now, let's talk about the burgers. They were perfect. Juicy, flavorful, and stuffed with goodness. And they use high-quality ingredients, which makes all the difference. And here's the best part - an appetizer, drink, main dish, and an extra side dish cost me less than $24! Can you believe it? In these times of inflation, finding such affordable prices is like striking gold. Other places should take notes from these guys!Next time I visit, I'm definitely trying out their steaks. They looked amazing, and I noticed a lot of locals ordering them. Oh, and let's not forget the drinks. They were reasonably priced too. And before I left, I made sure to stop by their Barn Shack ice cream because they were having a soft opening, and I couldn't resist some Blue Bell ice cream. These little local treasures won't last if we don't support them. So, I urge you all to come out and enjoy the food, fun, and fantastic prices that Licon Dairy offers. They're even planning to bring in bands and more entertainment to the area to support the zoo. Oh, did I mention that the zoo is still free? Yeah, you heard that right!Let's show some love to our local businesses. They're counting on us. See you at Licon Dairy! -TODOELPASO

I really love this place- BUTThey really need to repair their tables they are very short next to the benches on wall. The table itself are wobbly and not level. I always get Sweet potato fries, I love them but they are cut too small they should get potato waffle cutter for the sweet potato also. The food is real good, we just about tried everything. My favorite is the Hatch green Chile hamburger with Asadero! Service is great, very humble location.Kid-friendliness: The animal zoo is next to restaurant and the parking is for both locations which is great. Excellent for your children to come over and pet the animals then have a great meal at the restaurant.Parking: There is a lot of parking but it's not paved gravel. And when dusty day there is dirt all over. Just pick a good day to and you will have a good time.

Overprice for a rib eye steak, and service was not very good, The waitress was not very attentive to our needs. Will not be going back! The ribeye steak was not cooked the way we wanted it,and it was very tough, and no flavor.

Looking over the internet for the next place to eat is almost always a chore but Outlaw Saloon stood out almost immediately. Any restaurant using green chili and in house made cheese is going to strike my fancy. Yes the drive is out in the boonies. Expect to to think you're lost, it's about then that you're almost there. The saloon is connected to and supplied by the Lincon Dairy. They share a building. The dairy closes before the saloon so get there earlier if you intend on buying cheese or other dairy products. They also have a little zoo with animals across the parking lot. We didn't venture over, but maybe next time with the kids. We arrived and it didn't look like much outside. Metal buildings and nothing too fancy. There's an outside dining area that mirrors the inside though. The perfectly stained old wood sets the perfect setting for this place. It's not big but it still probably sits about 30 comfortably. They offer coke in a plastic bottle or their house made lemonade (which actually tastes more like lime). The lemonade is not super sweet, but it was definitely good. The only thing I'd say is that it could have had more ice- it was a little warm for my taste. The food was delicious. Try the chips and queso. The queso has a very delicious flavor that keeps you coming back for more. We also got the stuffed peppers for an appetizer and that was so good, I'm going to have to make those at home. Such a simple idea but the cheese in them really stands out. All the cheese in these dishes is the most fresh and tasty you are going to find. My husband ordered the burger with cream cheese and while it was good, he said it needed more jalepenos and maybe some bacon on top. Cream cheese is a bit dry and it almost has a drying effect on the burger. He liked it, but said he would not order that one again. I took a taste and the cream cheese almost made the flavors mute. My burger however was the chili relleno burger and it was amazing! The flavor was there, the freshness of the chili and the cheese was the perfect pairing. The waffle fries were okay, a bit under done. My husband loaded his fries with queso and he enjoyed his more. I will say the burger patty could have been cooked a little less. And next time I may request that. The flavors were there though. For dessert they had flan. A few different flavors. Unfortunately flan isn't something either of us enjoys, but if you do- I bet the ingredients are going to blow the flavor away. I'd love to go back and try the Mac and cheese, tacos, loaded nachos and a few other things. Maybe in time. Until then I'll recommend this place as a good family or date spot.

This place is connected yo the Licon Dairy and Petting Zoo. After feeding and visiting the animals with our $1 yes just ONE dollar, bags of corn purchased in the story ( One bag is plenty for two or three children) we decided to try the Outlaw Saloon. The food was good, fairly priced. We enjoyed burgers, the billy the kid nachos and chicken tenders with bottles of soda pop for 2 adults, teenager and a child. $68 including tip. Service was friendly. Clean bathrooms for washing up after feeding the animals. Easy parking and fun for an impromptu stop. We'll be back next time through visiting family.
