Lanes Cafe is one of the BEST places to go eat with your family, sure it might take a while to get to this place, but it can be worth it! The manager and most of the employees are family, and I am too! I am the manager's nephew, and I have seen what they all have done, and I really like it! Sure, somedays it will seem like they're doing poorly, but that's because it's mostly a bit of family problems, we don't mean to take anything out on you guys. But anyways, Love this place! You guys should definitely go here!!

Awesome service, super friendly staff. The food is delicious. I got the ranchera steak with tortillas caseras. Tender meat, perfect homemade tortillas, tasy rice and beans. Will definitely be stopping by on my long trips through here.

Real chill store and restaurant. Their prices are fair and service is good, but it takes a while to receive your food. Menu is pretty standard with Mexican plates, steaks, and burgers.

The fajitas are amazing! Family drove here from Raymondville per a friend's recommendation. The food is delicious. We tried different dishes on the menu, including the ribeye, tampiqueña, tacos reynosa, and chicken fried steak. The service could be better, but they were nice. If you're driving by, definitely stop by!

To be in the middle of almost nowhere in Starr County, this place is a must! We had the carne guisada plate with mash potatoes, rice, beans and sweet tea. It was delicious! Highly recommend if you're by San Isidro, Tx area.
