Terrible service, ask for an order to pick up at the store and when I get my order they say it's not there and it won't show up. and pay online. and I gave them the order number and the order was not there. I asked for a new order and I was paying in cash and I didn't have change for 50 dollars...

We have purchased Pelligrinos pizzas many times. We have always had issues with our orders. Tonight, we ordered from Domino's Pizza. Sarah, the store manager, and her crew made our pizza exactly how we ordered it. And tastes so good. Going to order Domino's pizza from now on. Pelligrinos make good Italian dishes. But their pizza baker is not very good!! Always had problems when ordering take out pizza.

I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt they’ve never gotten my order wrong except for today and normally I would just drive up there, but there are some things going on with my car so I am unable to just drive up there and fix it I have called five times now and the call has dropped. I received this dip instead of the marinara dip or selected on the app and i’m not mad at the employees mistakes are gonna happen. I’m just ticked off that when I try to call the store the call keeps dropping for no reason.
