Online ordering for delivery is awful. Keeps declining but somehow still taking money from my account multiple times. Tried calling but they don’t even have the phone line working and voice mailbox isn’t set up. So customer service would get negative stars if I could.

Twice in 2 weeks I have ordered tacos from here and been given the wrong amount. I also have worked at jack in the box at the previous location in Sanger so I can confirm that it’s not hard at all to get orders right or to count tacos. This is getting ridiculous.

Edit: I finally came back after a month and they gave me the less tacos than I ordered AGAIN. Like seriously does anyone know how to count at this place???

Pushing through obstacles Caddo

During my visit to Sanger, I stopped by Jack in the Box and enjoyed the food, but the customer service was disappointing. The Indian staff member at the window omitted several items from our order, took our card payment, and gave me the card after providing our food. I wondered what was taking so long with the card. I didn't think twice and went about our day. A day later, in the same town, just up the road, the card was used to empty our account. Notably, we rarely use the card; it's our primary card, used mainly for transferring funds to personal accounts. So, I advise caution when visiting this location to avoid card information theft. Unfortunately, I've been unable to contact someone about this incident over the phone. I wanted to inform you about this situation.

Seems like fast food is getting more expensive and smaller. The taste is there, but the portions are not what you'd consider 'large'. Even our burgers were small inside the container with a good inch around the burger. And a large curly fries fits in one hand out of the sleeve. Got 7 onion rings in our order. 7. Paid $23 and change for 2 burgers, 1 large fry, 1 onion ring, no drinks. Just sad.

As a door dash driver I regularly get orders from this store, only when a certain Lead is working they never seem to be able to complete the order even when told by door dash to complete it because they were already paid! It leaves me losing money and the customer losing their order and their money because the store also refuses to cancel the order allowing them to keep the money! So if you see a middle age Hispanic woman running the store expect to be screwed!

This town would be better off not having a jack in the box. As I was pulling in there was one guy taking out the trash. I get to the window wait about a min for the over night girl (white) to tell me we’ll be with you in just one min I pull up see one car at the window. Reverse out the drive thru only to see the girl that was supposed be be taking my order walking outside to talk to the guy that was taking out the trash.
