Food tasted great. It was a little irritating that of the three self service machines avaliable only one had a functioning payment device and it does not had reciept paper in it. But if you want to use the app that is your only option. They do not let you use the app at front counter. If you try to use your app at a self service machine, so you can use deals and coupons, that does not have a working payment device it will print a receipt out with a code on it so the order can be brought up and paid for quickly. The blonde girl who runs the counter will ignore this and just ring up your order at full price. But you can't really fault someone for being poorly trained at their job. However, if you happen to be sitting with people who placed seperate orders, i don't feel it's appropriate to, in a very rude tone, ask "So are you done ordering now?" When you bring someone their food. It just so happens everyone was thinking about getting desert after yes but we all changed our minds after that.

I come here almost every morning for a breakfast sandwich and the past two times I have just thrown the sandwich away. The first sandwich the biscuit tasted like garlic or like it was cooked next to something with overpowering seasoning which was disgusting then this morning my biscuit was literally microwaved. The only way I know that is because it was chewy like a microwaveable sandwich and still it tasted like garlic. Idk if they changed cooks or maybe not cleaning the grills or cooking stuff together that’s not supposed to be cooked together but definitely not going back for awhile.

Went by this establishment to get food on our trip south just cause we were hungry needed something fast and on the go so we did McDonald’s. Well after stopping in there I have to say this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in my 30 years of living. We used the mobile app before arriving. We didn’t order a lot. When we finally got to the line to give the code for the mobile order, the speaker had an automated voice and we didn’t get a response back for several minutes, when we finally got to the second window a lady who didn’t speak hardly any English asked what we have and we gave her the receipt, she couldn’t read it and asked us again, we told her but she acted like she didn’t understand. And then she just told us to park after she needed help from another co-worker. And this is a manager by the way. So we were confused why the manager in the drive through is confused like she has no idea what she’s doing. We are told to park and there are two others parked with us. We can see the other people getting their food and then getting frustrated and going in. And after 10 min we finally got ours. Order was a little incorrect but we took it and ate anyway because we were hungry and didn’t want to have to wait or get frustrated anymore then we already were. Food thankfully was fresh but there was no need to have to deal with all of that. It’s a fast food restaurant and the mobile ordering should accelerate the process. We will not ever eat at this one ever again. I have worked at McDonald’s years ago and I have never seen one so dysfunctional ever in my life.

So yeah as others have said they always have people park or pull forward just to get the customers off the sensors so it makes their drive thru score better the food is about average I mean what are you really expecting

Filthy. My first time at this location. I went for Breskfast. The dinning area, had not been clean,. It was breakfast time. I was Filthy. I took breakfast to go. Ask for cream and sugar for coffee. Nothing in bag. Than ask Manger, she says it by the Napkins. Your kidding me. Who new. U should put condiments in to go orders. And clean up the Filthy place.

This is the worst McDonalds I hv ever been to. They make ppl park when there are no customers behind you. They tell you to pull up when there’s someone already in front of you …that caused a man to jump out of his truck and yell at me as if it was my fault.Had I pull up any further,I would’ve been in the ditch. There is no logical reason to make people park or pull up if there are very few customers behind, much less ,no customers. There is no logical reason to have to wait 10 mins in line to order food then have to park and wait another 10 mins. This system should only be used if there is a long line of cars and this is never the case. No other McDonalds I’ve been to abuse this system like Sanger. Why does it take 20 mins to get your food in 2024 at McDonalds?? Without fail, this happens every time I go.

I was the angry lady in the drive-thru today. My hot water heater busted and flooded my entire house I was unable to finish my day at work and I could not feed my children as the house of flooded. I decided to go to McDonald's here in town which I never do because I've never really had a great experience with them. Today I spoke clearly as to what I wanted to order and again they messed up the entire order. I understand mistakes happen but literally it happens every time I come here. This time I didn't just deal with it. I was already having a really hard day and unfortunately I took it out on the McDonald's staff. They accommodated every need and aspect of what I wanted to order and fix everything for me. I just wanted to get on here and say I'm very sorry for my attitude and that I was so angry it wasn't really y'all's fault I've been going through a lot today and I just wanted an easy lunch that I didn't have to worry about. Thank you for putting up with me and fixing everything for me. I will come again
