The dough is terrible, this pizza freaking sucked. I’ve had better pizza from gas stations.
Frozen pizzas have better cheese and more at that !
I don’t even know what I got
The employees can’t even cut through it !!

I absolutely love Pizza Hut but their prices over their years have absolutely skyrocketed and now you can’t even order from here with out it being bare minimum 30$ for a pepperoni pizza a little drink! If you ever have a problem good luck fixing it 35 mins on hold with a bot and The only thing imo worth getting was the dinner box and the greedily removed it. I will no longer be spending my money here. I got 2 kids and order pizza every Sat

😭 It was for my daughter's birthday. She wanted pizza. I even tipped very well. I was on the Pizza Hut app and I ordered for delivery but since there was no delivery drivers at this location they outsourced it to DoorDash. I guess the delivery driver needed it more than us because it said delivered @ 6 pm and 45 minutes later, after searching the neighborhood doorsteps and asking anyone If they had gotten the pizza, I went to Pizza Hut where they said it sounded like it had been stolen.😭God please bless the high school age or college age guy at Pizza Hut! He was super sympathetic and remade our order for us! He truly saved the day & my girl was happy she got her pizza for her birthday dinner 😁
I don't think it's fair that the DoorDash driver gets to keep the tip. I wish it could be taken from them and given to the young man at the front desk at Pizza Hut. Either way I am truly thankful for him. I hope the DoorDash driver gets held accountable through whatever actions are taken

Just came down to get a quick snack and the food was absolutely delicious but there’s barely any sauce on the pizza, however the lady at the front was insanely rude. The person in front of me was talking with her before I came in and they were even laughing and having great conversation. Her whole mood shift when I came in though, I just ordered a Hut Box and that’s it. I honestly regret even tipping her from how rude she was to me but hey the food is fantastic.
I normally don’t leave Reviews but this woman was rude to me intentionally and I would say I’m very lenient when it comes to food service since I work 2 jobs in food service and have been for the past 5 years and have an understanding for when people are busy and yes it’s irritating but that’s not how you should act to a customer ever. I have never experienced this at all or anywhere even with all my experience, don’t know what I did besides come in and order for a quick bite and did not deserve that at all.

I do online orders. Pizza is always ready when I get there, about 15-20 min on the average. Depending on staff is whether or not my cheese bread is cooked perfect or a little overdone. Very seldom, if any at all, does my order get made incorrect like at some Pizza Hut chains. It's one of my go-to places if I don't want to cook at home on the fly.

Honestly, this Pizza Hut might be in the Witness Protection Program because they’re clearly hiding from quality. First off, they must think pizza sauce is some kind of rare artifact because there’s NEVER any on the pizza. I’ve seen breadsticks with more ambition than these pizzas.
Second, cutting the pizza? Forget it. I have to bust out a kitchen knife like I’m preparing to serve Thanksgiving turkey just to eat a slice. It’s a BYOK (Bring Your Own Knife) situation, and I didn’t sign up for a part-time job in the culinary arts.
And the staff? Let’s just say they have the energy of people who were forced to watch paint dry before clocking in. If bad attitudes were a topping, they’d serve it extra thick.
If you’re looking for a pizza-shaped bread frisbee, served with a side of hostility, this is your spot. But if you want actual pizza, maybe try a place where they don’t treat marinara sauce like it’s liquid gold and remember that pizza cutters exist.
EDIT: After years of practicing my advanced pizza-cutting skills at home because the slices were never fully separated, I am thrilled to report that Pizza Hut has finally outdone themselves—I got a pizza that was actually cut all the way through! No more tug-of-war with the cheese. And as an added bonus, this time, there was actual sauce on the pizza! Dreams do come true. Keep up this unprecedented level of excellence, Pizza Hut. You’re on a roll! I have changed from 1 star to 3.
Worst pizza hut I've ever experienced. I call and get a person that put me on hold for 10 mins. Just to be told I'm outside their delivery area. I'm 4 miles from the store. The owner must not like money for their over priced pizza. Lazy staff.

Ordered two pizzas, both had no sauce. Very dry pizza, please train your employees to start adding sauce. Sauce is part of the pizza.
