I guess I have to change my last review where I explained the “small town” is always complaining and really have not had “problems”. Well this morning it changed! Placed my order and knew it would take a little longer for the fact I asked for my tator tots to be extra crispy. I was the only one here and had been waiting for about 7-8 min (longer than their time clock allows per customer Once my order was ready (on the screen) it took the young girl a bit to come out. Which I found to be because she was waiting on someone else that pulled up 5 mins after me. She proceeded to take them their order first, it might have been a mobile order I don’t know. But once she come to me and gives me my order she reads it back to me off the receipt, my order was 9.00. I gave her a 20 and she would have to go get change. While she was inside I am opening my order to eat. To which I noticed that my sandwich was incorrect. So I pushed the button to have let me know, as I was going to “save her a trip”. She walked up to my car about that time and she starts to hand me my change, while I am explaining the sandwich is incorrect and shouldn’t be a sausage but should be bacon. She said cans I see your receipt? I said, Yes but you just read it back to me and read it correctly! As I hand her the bag the intercom goes off and I tell them, she is out here with it now. This young girl, ROLLS Her Eyes at me and says “I know” (referring to reading my receipt). She proceeded to walk off with the order and eventually comes back with the correct one, still having major attitude. So I got my corrected meal from her and explained, that her attitude this morning is what kept her from receiving a tip. She just said “OK” and laughed..

On a long road trip. We stopped to spend $54.00. When I found the restroom was locked I asked the car hop why. She said, “ oh yeah, we have a restroom but it’s not available to customers, it use to be but someone went to the restroom everywhere and we had to clean it so now we don’t have a restroom for customers. We purchased food of course but disappointed in the laziness.

Most of the food is good. The workers are nice. One time, when my family and I went, it took around 25 minutes for our food to come. When the lady with our food came she was on skates and she fell right next to our car and all our drinks were spilled. She was okay, though. Then the manager went back inside and made our order in 5 minutes, so I don't know why it took them 25 minutes to make I the first time. The atmosphere is also really boring, but the screens you order on are somewhat creative.

Not a great experience last night The App wouldnt work & we tried to order over the speaker & no one ever answered. Had to go to Jack in the Box. 🤮 Very dusappointing meal. We love Sonic. Feel like they care about their customers with the 1/2 price drinks on the App-anytime!! Also a great variety of food!! Appreciate it!!

It's pretty good the wait is a little less than average and it does have a drive thru so that super nice if your just stopping to get a drink

This used to be the sonic I always went to because they never messed up my orders but recently they must of hired someone new because every time I come I get a soda with easy cream and it’s always tastes like straight cream no soda.
