Poor customer service. Not very clean , food, not prepared correctly, employees acted like they were not interested in having customers. Seemed they were doing things to turn customers away so they didn't have to work.

All around just bad , Energy/vibe when you go in is off! Then when preparing the food it's sloppy . Not only that , if I'm going out for fast food I wanna be able to eat on the go not get home and have to get it all Ready myself. I ordered a salad they didn't cut the meat up.or bacon , then put then cheese all over top of it . So I literally had to get all the meat out chop up then eat my salad. Smh poor customer service ALL AROUND PLS NATS ALL IN THE COOKIE CASE . COME ON DO BETTER MAN DO BETTER .

I just recently moved. Tried calling to the store the other day they told me to call back today between 10 and 11. I finally got a hold of them after the fourth try of calling them. I'm needing my w-2 from them. The lady I spoke with told me to check my mail I explained that I moved and the address that they have on file is no good. She took my name and number but I don't know if she got my number correct. She kept messing the numbers up as she was reading it back to me. I'm not very satisfied with the service that they gave me. Even as an ex-employee I know that they can do better. They need to get their stuff together and hopefully get back to me within a reasonable time frame. when I was working there they were only ok I definitely wouldn't recommend this subway to anyone.
