I went in to pick up an online order and they had made it way too early. The employee I talked to about it was super nice, the tall girl, but when she got her manager over to help he was incredibly rude and insisted my order was made on time and was fine. I asked him to remake it because it was cold because of their mistake and when he finally agreed, it took way longer than it should have almost another 20-25 mimutes. Now I go to Taco Bell all the time, I know how long my order should take and this was just unacceptable. The attitude combined with what i EXPECTED to be an experienced manager really destroyed all confidence I have in this establishment.
