The staff was friendly and polite, greeting me as I entered. I ordered a patty melt w/ fried okra (no drink included) and was shocked to hear it was $19.00! I ate my food and it was absolutely delicious! Perfectly seasoned and cooked. I thoroughly enjoyed the food, maybe not so much the price. Would definitely recommend, if your budget allows.

Nice diner with fresh food. I ordered chicken strips with fries. Loved the gravy, my Husband like the gravy so much he kept stealing fries to steal my gravy.🤣 He ordered the burger with fried okra.

Great food and friendly folks. Definitely has a south flavor its well seasoned. I tried the fish basket shrimp and fish with hush puppies and fries. We also tried the burger, It had a juicy patty and had a flamed taste. Great first time. I want to go back and chicken pasta the cashier told us about it and we are trying it next time.

Had some gift cards so decided to drive the distance and try this place out. It definitely makes a good first impression. The lady that greeted us immediately upon entering service throughout the time and was very cheerful. The food was all fried which neither of us had had in a long time so probably should try some of the other options next time. The food was plentiful and the prices for decent especially for dinner.

It's a small restaurant. We were the only table. The service was friendly, but I had to go up to the bar to get refills. Once the food was delivered, the servers never came back to the table. They were chatting behind the bar instead of taking care of us. There were a few spills on the floor that they didn't bother cleaning either.
The food had good flavor, but was overcooked. I doubt I will ever go back.

Got the steak finger sandwich and the actual steak fingers were so rubbery that I couldn’t bite through them
Decent place...cashier seemed confused. Order ended up with rice and corn ( two starches?) And two sides of pork skins and a charge. Bug ran out from underneath the napkin holder. Dinning room was cold with fans on high???? Crawfish etouffee was weak at best. Good news french fries were great. Gravy was a sad box mix.

Got chicken fried steak sandwich first two bites were crust it's okish and pigskins I can buy at Walmart in popcorn section in the microwave bag I'm a try again w fingers crossed I want SF to be strong. P.s.the gas station has the BEST cfs strips n cheaper not the steak the strips
