Next to the hotel, thought we were going to El Comal which is two doors down based upon the reviews. Did not look and went to this one right on the corner of the shopping strip. Don't go.

specializes in lamb, goat and beef birria, a flavorful meat stew. Our order got a bit messed up, but the food was excellent, very typical Mexican. Very nice folks and one of the only places in Santa Fe to serve goat. Probably other food choices, but we went for the birria. Very informal place.

Absolutely love this taqueria. Great food, great service, and good prices. The brisket taco's are my favorite, I stop and get some every chance I get.

Adelita's isn't fancy and it isn't loaded with ambience. But the food (the tacos in particular) is of good quality for a counter service taco stand. It's a pretty quick in and out to get good tacos at a very fair price. Service is very friendly. Be sure to grab some spice salsa to further jazz up those tacos!
