Today 2/5/26 I bought a breast and mashed potatoes thought it tasted weird but ate I know have severe diarrhea maybe food poisoning

I haven’t been here in many years because I used to stop and get the most amazing biscuits for my grandson’s after school. They are now 21 years old. But I decided I was hungry before I stopped in at my daughters and it was gross. It took 15 minutes to get the order out I ordered eight pieces of chicken it had six rolls and some fried okra, the mashed potatoes were like instant and it was the runniest cream gravy? I’ve had in my whole life! It tasted like water. $37 For three people. Never again!

Went to go grab food and the kitchen guys are outside fighting in the grass, one of them recording in PLAIN sight, with the girl just standing outside of the door watching them and laughing? They did not care that I was there in the drive thru either at all I clearly had my lights pointed right at them. Like maybe go inside, do your job, close, clock out then go fight each other. They are lucky no one called the cops on them.

12/29/25 I order from this place through a delivery service. The following night I had a terrible stomach ache. Was up and down all night and finally the pain was unbearable and I went to the ER. The doctor said I had food poisoning. This is the only thing I've eaten in 3 days. I would be cautious about eating here. I will never dine here again.

This place has really gone downhill. Today was the last time I'll go. Spent $20 on a box of cold food that had obviously been sitting out for hours. Tenders were cold and tough (stale) from sitting around for quite awhile. Sides were cold as well. While waiting at the window I could hear the kids who work there yelling at each other. This place is a hot mess now. Head down the road to Whataburger.
I read some of the other reviews before leaving mine today. I believe many of the negative comments are unwarranted. This is my second visit to this establishment and I must say that I have been both impressed and happily surprised. The thing that surprised me the most was the professionalism and extraordinary care I received from Nicole the manager. I had an issue with my order that she could have easily dismissed as a customer being too picky. Instead, she went above and beyond to make things right. I was absolutely flabbergasted. I can’t ever remember a time when I was treated so well at a fast food establishment. Thank you very much Nicole. You are a diamond in the rough. We will definitely be back!

The order was incorrect but the workers were nice. It took a really long time and the chicken was hard like it had been under the heater for too long
