Most of the time it is fantastic...once in a while, cooked too long and dry...but overall...great chicken. Tenders are really good too!

Used to love coming to this place. Location is decently close to the house. Chicken has always been fresh. However, more recently, the value is just not there. I came in tonight and got a 7 piece tender meal. Was shocked at the price. 15.99 + tax for 1 meal. That's insane, but oh well. I get my plate, and when I tell you that 4 of the 7 pieces of chicken were barely bigger than a chick fil a nugget, it's the truth. I was so tired that I didn't even feel like arguing with the young adults back there. So to say I won't be back here. Is an understatement. I can go to Texas Roadhouse and get a chicken tender meal there with 2 sides and unlimited bread for 3 dollars less than this ridiculous place.

on the evening of 9 Sept 2024 at about 843pm I stopped here and ordered a 9pc gizzard dinner with mack & cheese and sweet tea, I noticed they was in the process of cleaning up when i payed. When I got home and proceeded to to eat; I could not eat the meal. As I picked up a piece to eat; I could not. It was covered with human hair (long and dark). I looked further and discovered another 5 strands. I understand they may have been cleaning and may have been in the process of closing, however sanatation should be still at the front as long as customers are being served
Normally don't post a review but went and had dinner at the location in Wharton and was extremely satisfied with the food. It was very hot and fresh. The manager, or I believe he was the manager, Michael was extremely polite and the staff took really good care of me from ordering to serving my food. I will be back!
I visited this location on Saturday night via drive thur with a family member. we ordered and while pulling around there were two boys sitting down (who were no older then JR high) I asked if they were ok and one replied yes ma’am we are just waiting on a water cup. I get to the window to hear probably high schoolers and the manager laughing and making rude remarks about the boys to which the cook working was telling his coworkers how he would just throw the water at them to make them go away. My family member said she would pay for their choice of drink and gave the girl at the window more money. The cook then gives them one small cup to share and gos off on them about leaving. ^*^ This place is very unprofessional and lacks respect ^*^
Sandy and her team are wonderful, she remembers me and my boyfriend every time we go and that’s how I know she’s very attentive to all her customers. I gladly take the 15 min drive to this location!
