First of all, if the lobby is closed, then lock the door. Second of all, if the lobby is closed, your Google should reflect that versus 12:00 a.m. Third, it is diabolical to embarrass someone by raising your voice in front of everyone else in the store to tell me that I have to go sit in the Drive-Thru line to wait on a bag that's sitting right in front of me less than two feet away, when you have eight vehicles in the Drive-Thru and I ordered my food 20 minutes prior. Not that you guys care though, it isn't your money or your business. Terrible experience. Thank you to the worker who seemed to be embarrassed for me and handed me the food that was sitting right there, if my arm was a foot longer I would have been able to reach it. The older lady raising her voice could have spent the 3 minutes arguing about being closed by just handing me my bag. I have now been sitting outside of the front door for 10 minutes to leave this beautiful review, and they still have not locked the lobby. I have never been so embarrassed.

The Jack in the box in Santa Fe has gone WAY down! This used to be a reliable place to enjoy your food. Now they are constantly running out of food, service takes forever and the staff is rude. I ordered a teriyaki bowl and i waited forever to get to the window just for the girl to tell me “we don’t got any rice”. I asked for 2 tacos she said “we don’t got tacos”. Since this is a jack in the box inconvenience you think she’d be nice about it. This place constantly disappoints me. When they actually have food it’s made wrong and just gross. This place NEEDS new management or something.

I used the drive through for my order, I drove all the way home and discovered that my order was incomplete. I had to drive all the way back to the location and explained my frustration. She completed my order, dropped it in a bag and just said “sorry about that!” She offered no compensation for my trouble, not even a cup of water. The customer service seemed very unprofessional, I can certainly find somewhere else to spend my cash….

The workers are never consistent, always slow, never know what’s going on. This location is constantly out of menu items!! This location has been here a while and is beginning to be ran down. While driving for DoorDash they never have anything ready!

I ordered garlicz Parmesan wings and they were dry. I bought these in the morning and save for lunch. But they was wrong so I missed lunch and expected to return to get what I ordered. I went back after work to return the untouched wrong order and was denied replacement and was told I have to talk to morning manager. 24hrs. Later . I went back later on same shift I bought them from with the intentions the guy I ordered from we be on shift. He wasn't and they was advised to tell me to see morning manager and don't give me nothing. This isn't fair at all and I don't know how the could treat a good customer this way

Absolute garbage location. Manager isn’t doing inventory properly so they are always out of items. The kids working here don’t seem to care about anything because neither does management or ownership. Problem is from top down. Owner needs to get control of just let it go.

Edit: male cook in the back refuses to wear gloves. Disgusting touching everything with his bare hands and never washing them.

Ill go to league city jack in the box before this trash box I'm allergic to lettuce yet they still put it in and looked rewarmed up and just gave to me and my breakfast plater looked like it was thrown in the fridge and rewarmed plus I asked for bacon and got sassage instead worst jitb in texas hell maybe all of USA never coming back and will file a complaint to corporate for the people working the night shift.

ALWAYS a bad place to go to no matter who is on staff, what time it is, or what day it is. It is the only place open 24 hours in this town and they know it. They will mess up orders more often than not, are always incredibly rude (probably passed on through training as a "culture" since I've worked in places like this and know what this looks like.) It doesn't matter who you get at the window, it will always be bad. The few good staff they've had over the decade I've been coming here as a last resort never last.

Tonight, I had to swear off this place. We have a Whataburger being built down the street, and everyone in this town can't wait for it because we want to abandon this place for our late night fast food dinners.

We just had the most disturbing and unprofessional experience from A FAST FOOD PLACE where the bar for standards is literally on the ground, and they somehow manage to do the limbo underground. WHY is it that there's a 5 minute wait and we HAVE to wait in the parking lot while you stare and laugh at us through the window while serving other people through the drive thru? WHY are you being snappy and rude while telling people they have to wait in the parking lot including saying "I CAN'T have you wait there! Go to the parking lot!" When it takes longer than 30 seconds for us to move out of the speaker area? If something is seriously going on and you're not just pranking people you randomly, WHY are you pointing and laughing through the window?

We don't know these employees and have never caused any incidents that would have brought this behavior out of anyone. We don't know what was going on and we were offered no explanations. We had to just leave. What did we do that warranted getting laughed at? Are your employees just lazy and getting their kicks doing this? It's midnight! There was one other car there who only ordered a shake and we watched you give it to them *in the drive thru* in front of us! I've already sent my "feedback" through Jack in the Box's reporting system.

So, no dinner for us tonight, I guess? We get to go somewhere else in a town that has no other late night options after long days of work? They couldn't be bothered to come out to the parking lot they told us to go to or explain what the heck was going on so we left after the second 5 minute wait because we weren't going to sit there and be blatantly laughed at through the window of the dining room when we didn't do anything or even talk to them other than saying "okay" when they told us to go to the parking lot.

When Whataburger comes to this town, this location is going to go out of business. Take this as an actual warning because your reputation in this town is and has been terrible for over the last 5 years. Everyone in this town is sick and tired of dealing with this location. There really is no other Jack in the Box this terrible and I've been to nearly every one in the county. This location WILL go under the second there is any competition because we just can't take it anymore.
