Always an issue with online orders. App orders in the stupid pre-recorded message at every drive through. Nobody's even listening, don't answer it. So don't order a drink with half ice you will fn blow their minds.

I use the Mcdonald's app like always. When I got there. Unfortunately, the app was not working for me to let them know which parking spot I was in. Which turned out good. Because I got to walk in and be greeted by everybody's smiling face. Awesome Team. Awesome Customer Service. Food was great. Family happy. Thank you at the Santa Fe location.
Dont like Mcdonalds much but this was good enough to have 2 days in a row. Food was fresh and hot. Staff was friendly.

Overall, great experience at this location. Customer service was impeccable. Our cashier had friendly banter; it felt like Chick Fil A customer service at a McDonalds (highest of compliments). You could feel the steam coming from the bag. The fries were hot & fresh, but could be a little crispier. They were a little reckless with the lettuce on the hot and spicy (not negative just informative). Shockingly, the cheese was perfectly melted on my double cheeseburger (not a normal for McDonalds, but this location is the exception). 10/10 would stop again. Shout out to Tammi G. for that solid review that convinced us to stop and enjoy this establishment.DanBro that was good.
