Placed an online order to a friends house and two hours later nothing ever showed up. Apparently when you call this store they hired VA’s (virtual assistance) to answer their calls and I can’t ever get through to actual store for assistance! The worst part is after all this wait, not even a callback or offer anything to make it better. Stay away from this location!

So I ordered and I wanted to add a drink and this store has an attitude and the drivers are rude . They kept hanging up in my face and told me they don’t care and there’s no manager and they also don’t care if we call corporate. I wanted to add a drink and they weren’t able to which is fine but I tipped the driver and when I asked about the drink the driver got mad that she would have to go back and get my drink . The girl who works the phone Liza . Very rude and hangs up in your face

This place sucks! Dona has the worst customer service ever. Im not using the Santa Fe location again. This was just such poor service. I am disappointed that they let people like that be in management.

I wish I could say 'it might have been a fluke?' but it's not the first time I've had a bad experience at this location.My order was placed online for "curbside pickup". It was one pizza & one of the bread appetizers.?When I got there, there was No where to "check-in" on an email, or website or the Pizza Hut app. During all this searching for a check-in link, I never saw even one person go inside, or come out, or pass by to indicate there was anyone there. No open or close sign.I tried calling my local store and it kept kicking me over to an answering service in another country.The worst part was when I was finally at the counter to get my curbside order, a girl comes out from somewhere in the back carrying a mop & was a little sweaty looking. Without greeting me or washing her hands, she puts down the mop next to the "warmer" where my pizza was, and grabs my 2 boxes out & hands them to me!Not one word from the one employee.Oh and the food wasn't good either.
We LOVE Pizza Hut! When we have ordered personally, the food is always amazing and arrives very quickly when delivered.We also place large orders with them for our church and they always have our order ready on time.We are so appreciative of the helpful staff and their willingness to provide quality customer service!
Very disappointed ☹️, I ordered pan crust, well done, I had to come home and cook it more to get the crust crispy, ordered the supreme and literally got one piece of onion and one piece of green pepper on each piece, maybe 1 and a half pepperoni on each piece, I thought the new manager promised it was going to be awesome now, uhhhh, NO!! Spent 25.00 on this? Thanks a lot!! And by the way, wasn't the new manager all over talk of Santa Fe telling us how she was going to turn that place around and we would not be disappointed? Well I'm beyond disappointed that I wasted my time and money!!
