The 2 people working the counter are very RUDE! The one with long hair was working the window, the one with short hair was talking in the back. I walked in and no other customers were inside, drive thru was moderate. I said "Good morning. Got no response. The one with the long hair didn't respond and I know he saw me because he looked at me when I walked through the door. The one with the short hair came from the back and I asked for a large coffee and my request was not even acknowledged. The one with short hair tells me "first come first served".Then a young lady walks through the door and asked for several things. She received her purchase before I received my coffee and I was standing there for about a minute before she got there. Now I ask you where is the customer service? To tell you the truth, those 2 individuals are HURTING SHIPLEYS Santa Fe. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Sorry

Was told after paying for my order that they were out of ham and cheese kolaches. Was not given a refund. Was told to leave a name and number.Wasted trip and was even told that the guy inside “beat me to it”.Will not be coming back.
Stopped here and they had a wait but surprisingly they got the line down in no time. Always have perfect kolaches. Was in and out in less than 5 mins. Lady in the window was fast and efficient.
