Staff is always nice. Out 2 sandwiches this time were cold & couldn't eat the bread, it was hard. Cheese wasn't melted & meat wasn't hot & bread wasn't toasted or steamed. Very displeased

I was highly disappointed with the service here. I ordered a foot long sandwich and when I asked for extra black olives she said no they are only allowed to put 6 olives on the sandwich. I don’t even get all the veggies they have to offer so I’m not sure how extra black olives would matter. I proceeded to tell her I would pay for the extra black olives (I’m pregnant and crave them badly) the two ladies there were extremely rude and wouldn’t even let me pay for extra olives. They were so rude that I ended up walking out and not even buying the sandwich and the whole time I’m walking out of the store both of the ladies are yelling “BYE!” Multiple times. Needless to say I will not be going back to this subway EVER.

Do not order from here. This place has gone down hill. This is the 2nd time we have ordered from them and the order was wrong. Except this time they forgot the while sandwich and then said that door dash must have stole it. Definitely wasn't the case. There is one kid in there that has a whole attitude problem.

absolutely disgusting customer service and portion sizes. The lady gave me attitude when i asked for extra pickles because she only put 3 on my sandwhich. As well as a $7 sandwhich having hardly anything on it. I will never be back and I suggest the same for anyone reading this review.

Came here twice , messed up my orders by not having in stock vegetables and chips and when ordering online still lets you add items that they don’t have at the store or drinks ! So very inconvenient. They only had sprite or Dr Pepper out of all the beverages. Spoke to staff member and they mention they only get big trucks every 2 weeks with the chips and drinks as well. Appears I was the 6th customer to complain to them same issue . Come in subway do better !
Most of the workers there are fabulous and listen to requests. I love grabbing my sandwich before my shift at pizza hut.

I haven’t cared for this subway a whole lot recently as it seems pretty slow when it comes to online ordering and most of the time it seems like the employees don’t care to much. Today I had to wait 20 extra minutes for my order as people who were walking in were being taken care of before my mobile order was finish. BUT! The man who was in there today had good hustle. The girl seemed to be new so while trying to get her to finish my order, take care of other customers and helping her with my order he seemed to also be teaching her. He looked up at me at one point and told the girl “She’s waiting for that.” Pointing out that she needed to finish it so I could leave. Normally if your order isn’t ready they don’t pay you any mind and seem to have a “It’ll be done when it’s ready.” Type of attitude so I really appreciate him trying to get my stuff out faster even though it still took awhile. Food was overall good. That guy was doing a good job!
