Ordered sandwiches thru the app and they were quickly made and yummy! I was sad to see my old favorite was no longer available, but 2 other Italian sandwiches were available on the new menu. Inside the store was clean and quiet.

Employees are extremely rude. I was the only customer in the store and the employees were huddled in a corner were talking and laughing which is fine but they looked and saw me standing at the counter and went back to talking. no black olives and three types of meat. When I asked if "are these the only kind you have" as there was hardly any on the shelf. The answer was a rude "yea."I don't know if the place is fixing to close up but the employees must hate their jobs or maybe just hate the customers. Santa Fe is a small town and social media and word of mouth travel fast.

Walmart is pretty good every time I need a product that always got it. That's store is in La Mar Texas But every time go in at Alvin to store they don't have it. But La Mar tx does.

This is the worst subway... Order two subs thru the subway app pick them up and i guess they cant read i had special instructions for my chicken teriyaki sub I asked for the meat in the cheese to be heated up like they do normally and I didn't want my sub toasted well the meat and the cheese are cold I went to go talk to the so-called manager she was very rude I was being as polite as I could and she told me to calm down and if I had a customer complaint to call a certain number and was just really rude and wasn't helpful and she wasn't going to remake my sandwich after I took it up there to her so she could see that the meat and the cheese were still cold and they put way too much sauce on it like they grounded my sandwich and sauce I do not recommend this Subway ever again I was a regular customer going almost every day but I will find another Subway to take my money to

Both of the lady’s that helped me were rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there and I ordered one of the sandwiches off of the board and they both looked at me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I will never be back

Food is usually perfectly made, though occasionally some staff will use or simply leave off the sauce you ask for. Otherwise the store is clean, service is fast and all around a good Subway to stop at.

My bread was heated too long, A little hard, too much salt put on a ham and cheese footlong.Chocolate chip cookies were over cooked.Employees seemed sad or mad.Not a good experience at all.

Went to order a tuna sandwich and the girl just plopped everything on the bread, didn't bother to even attempt to try and spread anything out. Almost as if shed never been trained. I paid and left that atrocity of a sandwich with the store.
