ABSOLUTE WORST EMPLOYEES YOU WILL FIND ANYWHERE all of them rude and disrespected me cause I was "complaining" about my order being wrong or the food was too cold and every time I tried to get the order fixed attitude was given in return!!!!

Always loved this place but will second guess myself to order the fish. 11:30 am you would think I bet the fish will be fresh. And hot Well for the first time I was very disappointed in getting cold and almost rubbery fish that was cooked much earlier. The warmer didn’t even have it warm. Kinda of 14 dollar waste of lunch.

The drive thru needs more training! I always get the wrong thing. You ask for a roll you get a biscuit. Just went thru ordered #4 breast & thigh got breast & leg! The girl at drive thru was more worried about 2 cars behind us getting them tea that they probably didn’t pay for. Just a bunch of teenagers running the show. I had to tell her 3 times wrong order. Then she got mad & told me not to yell. Then rude when she gave us the correct order. This was on 7/26/25

Beware. Avoid.. Staff is incompetent Manger is rude. Serve burned over cooked chicken then blame timers. Well how do timers burn chicken fries and rolls? Not watching staff or pure lazy inattentive management. Unless chicken over cooks itself.
This is the second time I got home and did not have my complete order. I called and they said I would have to come back. They knew I was in my way, but when I got there instead of having it ready, they had to cook the fries. Chicken was cold by the time I got back home.
