we ordered the mega meal, and my wife drove home 4 miles from the store, and when we got home we found the chicken was hard scored on the outside and raw on the inside, the macaroni and cheese was whatever they had left and scraped out of the bottom of the pan that was stuck and burnt unrecognizable, the fries were cold and hard on equal by the cold and hard chicken tenders, cheese sticks the cheese steaks were never melted and cold on the inside. it’s the lousy food we’ve ever eaten. when we took it back and showed the manager. He says it l cold when it leaves and continue to argue with my wife until she broke up the chicken tender to show the raw chicken, he was very rude and disrespectful. Don’t waste your money here.

I JUST left this place. Thought I'd stop and get some dinner for the evening. The customer service was great, and I don't come through these parts of TX too often, but I did happen to read the first review, and apparently this happens often where the teenagers are leaving parts of the orders off of what is paid for. They left off an item on my order and Attention to detail would be great when giving the orders to the customers. I didn't even finish the meal cause the food was a smidge cold, but overall, great customer service.

Teenagers work there and don't check orders. This happens every single time I go to this location. The leave something that I pad for out. Checked today and had to go in to get the missing food. . What's the point of a drive through if you have to go in? I'm on my way home, I didn't want to go in. I get accidents happen, people make mistakes but every time we go? No accountability in this industry! I've been a restaurant manager. Then I get home and the chicken that was supposed to be half spicy half regular is all regular. The girl working in there with the green shirt is rude every time I go there too. I want to know who owns this location.

Twice I've had to run from Ft Worth back to Stephenville and decided to stop and get drinks here as I wouldn't make it back in time to sville before they close. Thinking I have time at this chicken E, 20 mins before 10pm. They tell me they are closed...I don't understand why when it says 10pm...and all I needed or wanted was drinks. Not very company like when they have there own hours.

How can you go through the Dt at 12:00, lunch just started and you serve fries that have been up waaaaaay past hold time and the tenders are basically jerky at this point. Cmon, do better! Those hold timers are in your store for a reason! So I got three combo meals and the only thing that was even remotely decent were the three rolls!
