Great fountain drinks. Small wait to prep register with cash. Nice service. Zero bathrooms in operation.
Food was good for the most part. I simply went to the counter for a certain sauce that was lacking on the burger we ordered. The 3 girls gave looks like I was talking crazy. Next thing she comes back and says she has to charge me. Why would I pay when I just paid $15 for a meal that is supposed to be on the burger? Customer service awful - not to mention the cashier taking our order looked like someone was threatening her to take our order. You don't like your job or your check move on.
Then we are driving and my husband is finishing his cone since I was livid we left. His tongue is now bleeding. Corporate will be given a call.

Worst DQ experience. Walked in at 5:22pm, cashier took my order, tops 4 minutes and I can see my order under the heat lamp. Cashier took other orders and gave those customers their food. Mine food order sat there for a good 15 minutes before I inquired if that was my food order. Drive through cashier was yes this is your order. Kindly explained that I was no longer interested and requested a refund. She promptly filed a nice little blue slip, asked for my card and refund was made at 5:51pm. Walked out. No apology needed
