All of the merchandise I have had is very good and the price is good. We love the spicy and sweet pecan. The pineapple is the best.

Goin down hill Gilbert. I have been a loyal customer. Check my purchase history. I placed an order on the 17th, received a tracking number but UPS has not received package. I call the store an was informed they are awaiting an item I ordered and it would be next week. No mention on website of items out of stock and no contact from Gilberts to inform me. Gilberts you owe your customers better customer service. Don't blame on the holidays. Monitor your inventories, up date your website. Inform your customer of shortages causing delay.Order #125288

I discovered this store from Leanne Morgan posting about it on social media. I checked out their website and saw that it was located in Texas, but they shipped anywhere in the US. I placed my first order this past summer and ordered a bunch of samplers, one of which contained chocolate. The woman at the store that was processing my order, noticed it was going to be shipped to me in Oregon. She called me directly and let me know that I might want to switch the chocolates for something else because she was worried they would melt in route as it was still really hot in Texas at the time. I really appreciated the personal touch and the care she provided. I switched out my order to a different sampler and it arrived perfectly. Everything was delicious and high quality. I just placed a second order last week for Christmas presents. It arrived quickly and everything was packaged with care. I’m looking forward to gifting these to family and friends!

The lady checking us out waited until the credit card was already in the machine to tell us there would be an extra fee for paying with a credit card. She also had a horrible attitude when we were asking questions about one of the products. The Chocolate covered almonds were coated way too thick with chocolate.
